Second year to this location. Noted upgrades in outdoor lighting, beach, buffet selection, new sinks and toilets (with seats on most). Spent first night in an upper bungalow with no air conditioner remote, but there were blankets. Moved to requested beach front room next day....More

It is free but you should tip at least $1 per person since that is how he supports himeself. I think the scooters were around $25 for the day but I didn't use them so not 100% sure.
