This was my third time as a volunteer at a language course staying in La Alberca and my second time at this location. To clarify, this location is not the big hotel up the hill but the villas a little lower down. The villas are relatively simple but fine to stay in. I guess the villas would be good for...

Had a very nice lunch here with Spanish friends, who had been here before. Service was good as was the food and wine. The grounds here are amazing and the smell of the jasmine was wonderful plus incredible views of the mountains. We walked to the nearby town of La Alberca, which was like stepping back in time.

Location nice but there are "proper" hotels in the Area. This hotel hosts Language courses and big loud weddings so individual clients aren't a priority to them. Peace and quite isn't a statement that could be used here, loud pop music blaring out all over the grounds and we have had to eat out as its too loud in the...

Beautiful location, I wanted to like it but subpar facilities and service really lets this place down. Also four stars is a stretch. My main gripes: AC controls are not in your room, you call the front desk and ask them to change the temperature (I asked five times but they insisted temperature sensor in lobby shows acceptable so they...

A walking distance from a quaint little village. Beautiful grounds, spacious villas but no internet connection. Food average, would not recommend spa and staff not particularly friendly until it comes time for tipping.

Arrived in late September. Excellent weather (quite warm I would say). Our room felt very warm even with the door to the terrace area wide open. Unfortunately the ventilation system had already been changed to heating for the colder months ahead and the air con was not available. The reception staff were very helpful and offered to move us to...

I was here with Diverbo this past summer. The main hotel seemed pretty during a quick walk through. 3 weddings were in progress. Our group was housed in cabins which were dark and gloomy; however, we had less than 8 hours time to sleep in our rooms. Diverbo program is non-stop. Wi-fi rarely worked and I missed out on a...

I stayed in one of the chalets during Pueblo Ingles. The chalets are comfortable though not luxurious. The meals were good. Be prepared for cool evenings even in August. Iffy wi-fi requiring regular logging in.

I have have come here 3 times. Each time for 2 weeks with Diverbo. The first year I came I wrote a review and since then it hasn't changed. The villas are excellent, they are always clean and the cleaners are always nice. The food isn't great I'm not going to lie but I am getting used to it by...

I am not sure of what can be the reason for coming here, in my case was to get to know a place of the country that is isolated and I was not familiar with. Except the population of La Alberca (2 kms. away), that is famous for an untouched centuries-old arquitecture, it is not a very touristic zone. In...

“I stayed in Villa 2. I visited several villas and they were all similar with just a few slight variations. The views from my villa were excellent. My bathroom was slightly larger than the bathroom in my daughter's villa. Though I think every villa is a close walk to all the amenities Villa 2 was closest to the entrance onto the grounds; therefore, it was farther from the hotel, spa, pool, etc. That is better or worse based on your personal preference.”
