There are 40 rooms in this hotel and we just secured the last available. The room was in the rafters but was a good size and very well appointed, In particular the floor and doors were quality wood. Everything was very clean and tidy. We were able to see some of the other rooms and they were excellent. The owner...

Nice clean hotel & bar. Rooms were ok with all the usual bits and pieces. We didn't eat here but the restaurant looked good. The seafront is just a few minutes walk away with bars and cafe's along it. The hotel also has a underground secure car park.

This hotel is very well located in Zarautz just round the corner for the excellent train service into Sans Sebastián and the beach is a 5 minute walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Big downside was we were in the attic room with very little natural light and the noise of the water system was terrible. Also wooden floors made...

Warm, clean and adequately furnished room. The hotel is situated in the centre of this lovely town and our room had views over the foot hills of the Pyrenees. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a one night stopover on a cold, wet February Sunday night but even so the restaurants and tabernas where all open and...

What a lovely welcome! The receptionist was chatty, and made checking in after a long journey travelling from Seville easy. She also explained where to go to eat locally. Rooms were compact, but perfectly adequate for our needs. Clean and a really good shower. The hotel was centrally located, so not far to walk for food etc. Only unfortunate thing,...

Stayed only the one night in this lovely town. The hotel was clean, centrally located and convenient to the lovely big beach. I met 3 staff all of whom were miserable and just about managed to look up from their screens long enough to engage . I wouldn't stay here again but would love to go back to the town...

Good beach hotel (about a 5 minutes walk to a local beach), but about a 25 minutes drive into the center of San Sebastian (paid parking at a garage downtown). Staff was a bit unpleasant at first, but managed to accommodate us with two adjacent rooms and replaced broken fridge in room promptly. This hotel had the BEST breakfast we've...

Literally two minutes walk both from the bus and the train, it's ideal as a quiet base to explore great beaches, towns and cities nearby (Donostia, for example, is less than half an hour away). The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, on the "fringe" of the centre - thus you can grab the first glass of wine and great...

Close to the beach and centre of town this quirky hotel offered a friendly welcome. It's obviously enjoyed by locals alike who play cards in the early evening. My room was small but comfortable and old fashioned which suited me!

Was staying here on business trip for a week in February 2014. Company booked this hotel so I didn't research other options. Was very happy with stay here. Hotel is centrally located so you can pretty much walk to the town square or to the beach. The hotel has a restaurant but we normally walked to others for dinner but...
