The Murrumbateman Tav is my local that is for sure. I travel the world and make it my priority to eat and drink local wherever I am. And it is fantastic to be able to come back to my local and routinely have an excellent feed. The Tav has an excellent range of standard dishes and these are above pub...

A decent enough motel, and for $85 per night; good value for money. (We stayed on new Year's Eve). The rooms were clean, showers hot and bed comfortable. Very tired decor, needing a coat of paint, especially the woodwork. The bathroom mirror was in poor condition, taps worn and missing H/C inserts. No toiletries provided except for two bars of guest...

We had lunch, steak sandwiches, and the meals were brought out very quickly. Huge sandwiches, with chips on the side. The lunch menu was quite extensive, with a lot of choice. There were no complaints

My son and I have stayed here several times on our regular trips to Canberra. Very comfortable with plenty of space in the rooms and at a very reasonable price. The food is great and the service is overall outstanding and friendly. Highly recommended!

I think this hotel could officially be rated as 2.5 or 3 stars because it is basically a 'no frills' country pub. The food fantastic. The rooms are quite adequate. Showers great. The bed very comfy. And nice and clean and cosy. So someone may wonder that I gave it 5 stars and I did that because I thoroughly enjoyed...

We booked 2 nights to see relatives in the area. I expected a country inn, so my expectations were quite low. The reality was that they were very poor. The rooms needed much needed refurbishment. I don't think that any money had been spent on the hotel since it was built in ? 70's - the beds were bad, the...
