The staff did the best they could under covid restrictions. Water temperature in rooms was issue as was the lack of knowledge of front desk staff regarding covid closures in the area. Would have appreciated more fresh fruit and vegetable options.

The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed every aspect of the trip. From Bartenders Nigel and Troy and the DJ from the weekdays, the entire staff really made my birthday special. Very intimate and overall great experience. I will be returning very soon.

Nikita, Brendon, Genel, Troy, and of course the one and only Chocolate Thunder (Neal) made our stay an extremely memorable one so many thanks to them and the rest of their Staff!!! We initially did not plan on staying here but all made the best of it thanks to the amazing people on the resort. Fabulous beach and great location too!

Food was good, and staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. It was clean just old. The hotel was very outdated no private beach and spotty WiFi we barley got any connection. Phone didn’t work in our room. The hotel has a lot of potential, but it needs some serious renovations, very outdated.
