Gorgeous grounds. In comparable hospitality and food. Such personal service. Sitting under the arbor outdoors with a glass of local wine, looking out over the valley, getting tips on things to do and see from our host made it a fantastic stay.

This B&B is on the outskirts of a tiny village in the mountains, in a beautifully restored country villa in the midst of olive groves. My mom, sister and I stayed in a lovely 2 room suite that was perfect for 3 people with a great view over the countryside. The pool, garden, and main downstairs area of the house...

I've spent three days at Villa Kerasia just before finishing my honeymoon. The place is really welcoming and relaxing. The food and the wine help you enjoyinh the atmosphere... You can even buy bottles of merlot before leaving... Located in the hills not too far from Heraklion!

This is a very welcoming and warm country villa. The stone home is restored with care and class. The grounds are also beautiful and the foothill views of olive trees and grape vines make a nice backdrop to a very relaxing scene. There is a long table under an arbor that encourages guest to mingle and interact with one another...

I discovered Villa Kerasia on the web, as we were planning to visit Heraklion, but we were looking for a place out of the mess of the coast. The location is perfect, 30' from the city by car, fresh during the day and the evening (about 500 m altitude), and surrounded by the vineyards. Villa Kerasia was a "different", but...

Its hard not to wish I was back at Villa Kerasia looking out over the patchwork of olive groves and vineyards stretching out to the horizon in the early morning sun. Babis is a generous and welcoming host and encourages you to treat the villa as a county house that you are sharing with friends- he is also a wealth...

Set on a hillside overlooking the main wine growing area it is a large stone built farmhouse sympathetically converted. In Crete the standard of building is almost universally poor in a modern hacienda style. Villa Kerasia stands out as one of the very few which has been restored to a high standard reflecting the best of what visitors expect in...

The Villa is in a remote, wine region, and you do need a car to stay here. Babis the owner and Georgia provided wonderful hospitality and could not have been more welcoming. The Villa has been beautifully restored and each room is simple, cool and quiet, the only problem for us is that the bed was far too hard and...

The view from Villa Kerasia is breathtaking. This is the first thing you notice on arrival. Next you discover the garden and the house. All has been renovated and planned with good taste keeping the charm of the past mixed with modern amenities. The owner is there to welcome you and offer an impeccable service and good advice. Thank you Babis for two lovely nights at your beautiful Villa! the location was great - only 20 mins drive from Heraklion airport yet it felt a million miles away. Everything was perfect - from dinner with the other guests under the grape vines, to the large comfortable room, to the amazing 'banquet' of a breakfast in the mornings. This...
