I had a positive stay overall at the Ramada Amwaj. The front desk staff was very accommodating to my situation with uncertain dates of departure. The room was an upgrade to a larger unit but it did seem a bit dated and had stale smells coming from the fridge. I did appreciate having the upgrade to the unit with a kitchen and it seemed as if the smaller rooms may have been more modernized than the two bedroom apartment. I did not eat at the hotel but it is a short Uber ride away to the Alosra grocery store and a short walk to nearby hotels with restaurants as well as near the Park Lagoon area with restaurants and coffee shops. It did appear that many establishments were not open when I was there, so if you have your heart set on a restaurant you may want to call first to see if it is open.…

Very helpful staff and the rooms are very comfy and big The hotel location is great, in amwaj island you have a mall next to you with restaurants Only issue is that the pharmacy was far. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, they provided all what we have request

I stayed at Ramada Amwaj once again and the level of service keeps improving. Smiling faces at the front desk amazes me a lot that makes me return to this property not to forget the lovely waiters and waitresses at the BBQ terrace that keeps checking on you if everything is OK.Looking forward to visit again during this Christmas festival. You will never feel cold, as the free flow of drink's are non stop, BBQ are too good and staff are friendly and helpful, good value for many, asmata and ahfafi are amazing, we finally find a perfect place for my family to hangout we love the view of the terrace.
