Very large room with balcony and bathroom & shower room large and comfortable Breakfast was not a large selection but satisfying Excellent WIFI signal input even in rooms Staff speak English and willing to help Wonderful view It is hard walking from the parking to the room A lot of stairs and there is no elevator Far from the city...

An excellent guest house, with friendly staff, located near to Kastoria lake and Vitsi mountains. also only 1 hour from Nymfaio. the room wan big and clean, decorated with traditional objects. The onwer knows everything for the region and can give you ''secret'' instrauction to have a very good time.

Very friendly owners who take pride in their guesthouse. My room was very beautiful with a comfortable big bed and a lot of space, bathroom also very clean. It was a little bit warm with no aircon or fans, I kept the door and window open for some fresh air but the flies and mosquitos would get in so closed...

Located 9 kilometres away from the city of Kastoria with breath taking view to the lake from above. The breakfast was most enjoyable with handmade pies. The owners are extremely polite and helpful. Do not forget to ask the owner for help if you want to use the room's fireplace!

we arrived to the guesthouse by car, and we were very welcomed and helped from the host. The rooms are traditional Greek style with all modern conditions and very clean. we enjoyed very much the position of rooms with beautiful view of the lake and the quite surround. I think it is the best way for a relaxing nature escape....

We arrived here after a 16 hour drive and were late by hours, we arrived at 1 am local time. The owner waited up for us and cheerfuly and friendly showed us our studio even though it was very late. The studio is perfect for a romantic break and also good for an adult and couple of kids or even...

We choose to stay in this place during our stay in Kastoria! As for the place is nice although the distance from the town sometimes can be annoying (15 minutes). We lost the way a little, whenwe were looking for the guesthous, and we stoped at filling station where we waited for the owner and he arrived to pick us up/ and that didn't cause any difficulties for the owner. I am very much positively surprised with this place. It is on top of the Mountain with a great lake view. Very fresh butter and natural honey served at the breakfast. "Ilyas" the owner, was very helpful. The studio room was very well decorated,spacious, with all the kitchen amenities. This is a challet to rest and enjoy the day. Kastoria...
