My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights back in November 2011, on a trip through Belize and Tikal in Guat. I have been meaning to write a review for a while, but better late than never, amirite? Our stay was great, and Colin was a wonderful host. He arranged to have his neighbor pick us up from the airport...

My boyfriend and I spent three nights at the Iggy J after reading several reviews on here. Colin was very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our evenings drinking Belikins, hanging in the hammocks and talking the night away with Colin. The cabin was clean and comfortable and located right on the river. It is located about 5-10 min from San...

Hmm...where to start? First of all, Colin greeted us with beer in hand. After losing your luggage on a flight, a very welcoming sight indeed! The rooms were cute and clean and quiet. We really enjoyed: cold beer available on the honor system, Khan and the kitties, the fresh fruit breakfasts, the sound of the river, beautiful jungle scenery and...

We stayed 4 nights at Iguana Junction and I will agree with the general topic of previous reviews, the place is a little bit neglected since Colin is the only one taking care of it, but it is a beautiful setting, right on the river and Colin is a very charming and pleasant host, always willing to be helpful, always...

My husband & I had a wonderful time in San Ignacio staying at Iguana Junction. Loved being just out of town by the river in our own cabana. Colin, our host, made the trip even more memorable. He arranged for our ATM tour which is an activity that shouldn't be missed. He also cooked us both a delicious supper &...

My boyfriend and I just got back from Belize. We stayed at the Iguana Junction Feb 20- 23. Of all the places we stayed in Belize (including a beach house and Table Rock Resort), this was my favorite. Colin, the owner, was very hospitable. He gave us rides into town, advice about local services and restaurants, had breakfast and coffee...

Great location. Right on the river in the heart of Bullet Tree. The owner was a hoot. Friendly and more than accommodating to his guests. Had a great time!!!

My wife and I booked the Iggy J based on our TripAdvisor research. At the time there was not a single bad review - it seemed hard to believe. Upon arriving we felt that all the pics didn't live up to the real thing. The nice walkways and gardens were covered with leaves and it looked like the place had...

From the Placencia Peninsula, we drove to San Ignacio because we had a number of places we want to visit around the town. We choose the Iguana Junction in Bullet Tree Falls (http://www.iguanajunction.com/index.html) because it was rated highly and it was inexpensive, a bit out of the town but readily accessible. (Cohune Palms and Parrot Nest Lodge are on the...

Iguana junction was a big disappointment for our family. We stayed there for 5 nights in December 2010 and wished we had moved to the San Ignacio Resort as IJ is in a pretty bad state now. We could have got a family suite at the Resort for twice the price of IJ and 100 times the quality (we visited...
