Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed here as a family of 6 adults and a young adolescent recently for a wedding nearby. .Our experience was very positive - like a home from home. This is a beautiful house, beautiful rooms and fabulous hosts. We also had a beautiful and varied breakfast . I had to include an extra guest at a late stage and this was very easily accommodated. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Just home from a nights stay at the deeside manor. Me and my friend stayed for the night as we were going to a concert nearby. We were made feel so welcome from the moment we arrived- Kevin and Geraldine are the friendliest people. A home away from home! The b&b is spotless. Kevin and Geraldine go above and beyond for their guests. The breakfast was also lovely. We will definitely be back. Thanks for such a great stay!

Stayed up here on such short notice due to a family incident, Geraldine and Kevin and Tara are the most welcoming lovely people we traveled all the way from Wexford and they made us feel at home 10/10 will definitely be back, couldn’t be happier with the service and rooms it’s a lovely spot and will recommend to absolutely everyone I know looking to get away, they went above and beyond for us and that stuck with us. Made us feel so welcome right from the start. The food was amazing! A truly lovely place to stay! A great first impression for staying in Louth for the first time!

We stayed in Deeside manor for one night as we were going to a wedding in Bellingham Castle and could not recommend it enough! It is more like a small fancy hotel than a b and b! Totally lovely, fabulous outdoor areas, rooms were fabulous, service was fabulous and the breakfast was delish! Literally could not fault it and would deffo recommend a stay if you are in the area! Very helpful with everything right down to ordering a taxi! Will be back if ever the need arises

Loved this place. The home is stunning and the room we stayed in was large and spacious. Beds are comfortable and shared bathroom an excellent size. Our hosts Geraldine and Kevin were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was cooked for us as we sat in the kitchen chatting so it was fresh and wonderfully cooked to order. Lots of nice personal touches and everything feels like you are at home so if you love that homely feel rather than the sterile hotel this is an excellent choice. Would definitely stay here again.
