A few families went up from the Goldcoast as well as 3 families from Sunny Coast. Great place to catch up and relax while kids are off doing "their" thing. Lots to do. Bar service is a little on the slow side for happy hour and night service for food and drinks. Lining up for 5mins minimum. But in saying...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

The accommodation is set in various two story buildings set amongst gardens and lawns in a tropical like atmosphere. Some rooms overlook a large lagoon. My room was immaculately clean with a kitchen and lounge area separate from the bedroom. There was also a very large bathroom and wardrobe area. I could step on to my private balcony to enjoy...

We recently stayed for 5 nights on a package including breakfast. The bungalows are really well set out except they are getting a little tired. King bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed great sleep. What is it with the lounge suite though?? The big bean bag type things are so old and very uncomfortable. Might be ok for kids...

Dear Bill495006, Thank you for your time and sharing feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I am disappointed to read that you whilst you enjoyed the location of your room you felt that the rooms appearance did not meet your expectations, I note your feedback in regards to the additional bean bag lounges that adjacent to the traditional lounge...

We have stayed at Twin Waters a few times now and always enjoy our time there. The staff are always friendly. The restaurants have a good menu to choose from. The swimming pool is very safe for small children and the lake has lots of fun things to play on. Plenty of parking is always available close to the cabins.

Breakfast could be improved.. Baked beans and tinned spaghetti are great for kids. We adults need mushrooms and sauteed spinach....... Also security insect screens on doors would be good, especially on downstairs rooms.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my 2 daughters and it's really great for families. They have a great pool area but also included is sailing, inflatables in the water the kids can climb and jump off, canoeing etc. My girls had a ball and plenty of other kids to meet and play with. Restaurants are nice and food...

Outstanding customer service at every interaction. And the food was wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed the mocktail - added to the tropical feel . And an early morning walk around the lagoon was the perfect way to start each day.

Came here for a conference. The Resort Staff were very welcoming and the food was fantastic. The rooms were modern and very comfortable. The Resort was very peaceful and even though we had a large group there were times when you could almost feel like you were here alone. The patrolled beach is just a short stroll away

We stayed for 3 night with our 3 kids. The 1 bedroom ground floor garden view unit was good and the bathroom was huge with a spa. The reception is really pretty and makes you feel like you have checked in to Vanuatu or Fiji. Kayaks, catamarans, fish feeding, use of the pool and two inflatable trampolines in the lagoon...
