Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The place was nice, even if the room was extremely small. The prices of food are very low (1,50€ for soup, around 5€ for a main course, 1,20€ for a 0,5L beer) but the quality was average. Also the staff was never the same, changing almost everyday (even in the kitchen !!!) and could be more focused on the client. The "spa" was fine but costs 8€ for 90min and you can't cut the time in half...
It's worth going there if your only plans are related to the ski bachledova, otherwise you will be bored out of your mind within two hours.
To summarize, the stay was quite fine but could be better ;)

Very disappointed by the poor customer service. The rooms seemed new but unfinished. We didn't receive enough of towels, toilet paper or soap. Missing trash bins. The buffet is overpriced and consists of greasy, salty and boring food which might be pre-made. Basic things as bread or water were almost always missing. The tables in the dinning room were quite dark as several lamps did not have light bulbs, however, the staff seemed moody and did not in any way address our complaints. Spa was not cleaned regularly, partially functioning and the showers were mouldy. We understand this is a 3* hotel and we didn't expect a luxurious resort but also believe that the attitude and laziness of the staff are uncalled for and contributes to overall disatissfaction with this accommodation.
