The hotel has good quality rooms with timely room service. The food is good and tasty. The attendants were helpful and friendly ( and yes they expect some tip at the end of the visit..which is the case in most of the hotels)

Every month I have dinner at this hotel. This is the best hotel in the district Saharanpur. We celebrate everyone's birthday in Punjab hotel only. Really like it's ambience. My nephew enjoys the big aquarium at the reception. Food tastes awesome, large variety for both veggies and non-veggies.
