I booked the large room on the top floor with a four poster and all the traditional furniture that favoured the period of this building. It was extremely comfortable and spacious. Dinner was good as was the breakfast. A very impressive driveway but the grounds are not as extensive as you would think. The old 70s conference centre ( all...

There are numerous similar properties like this, We've stayed at a few. It appeared better than a 3 star, although the food offered is very pub/bar so not sure if that has an impact on rating. Compared to similar properties, overall it seemed well maintained, certainly the external newer built accommodation was very nearly decorated, the room was very good,...

I booked Eynsham Hall on hotels.com and got it for a reasonable price as everything around Oxfordshire seems really expensive. The hall is very impressive looking as you drive down towards it with the leisure facilties off to the left as you approach it. I checked in at the reception in the hall and then had a short walk to...

Stayed at this beautiful location due to its proximity to Brize Norton. Room was not in the old hall sadly and the only twin available was a disabled room but it was pretty comfortable. Tiny TV and intermittent wifi signal but at least it was free. Breakfast was excellent and a buffet you could return to, again and again. Top...

Spent one night here to see where our late father had trained in 1952 with Beds Police when Eynsham was police training centre. Beautiful elegant hotel with lovely staircase and stunning wood panelling. Our room (24) in the main hall was beautiful with the most amazing bathroom and floor tiles. Spotless Clean. The other room was not so good but...

We booked a mid week break in this " boutique hotel" as it was described. The room in the main house was absolutely delightful. Cafetière,large towels, comfy bed, Sadly there the good experience ended. Firstly the receptionist who checked us in was chewing gum. She omitted to give us our vouchers for a glass of pro secco and was very...

A great view coming up to the grand looking hall. Checked in the same time as what seemed to be a work group so was a slight wait. The outside building didn't really fit visually with the main hall which is why it's tucked away I guess! When we got to the room we entered a bland, beige cube. We...

My wife and I have recently returned from a two night stay at this impressive Manor House which is a great hotel. The room was quite cosy but with everything you need, with tea making facilities, a decent size TV. The bed was on the small side, but that might be because I'm used to a king. The bathroom was...

My wife and I stayed here for a night in the main building. It was trip down memory lane. I was at Eynsham hall 40 years ago when I was doing my Police training. The main building has not changed. The room we had was fantastic. Great view of the main drive and front gardens. The meal we had in...

Stayed with a family group and found the hotel delightful. Good service, friendly staff, lovely setting. Rooms very comfortable (in the main house). Used the pool which was a little tired' Looks like they are working on this so still highly recommended overall.
