There are glamorous photos of how this hotel could be/once was in the lobby, and it looks fantastic - but that was then, and this is now. Okay, we were there off season, but it looked and felt like we were the only people there. There's a huge ballroom and a similarly large dining room, the latter equipped with an impressive lighting gantry around all four walls. Maybe, when there's a multi-hundred guest wedding there, this place really comes to life, but for us, there was a celebration of Halloween on Nov 30th (maybe they just got the month wrong). There's a bar and an odd stall offering nick-knacks in the foyer. The reception staff are a bit random in quality, but get there in the end. The rooms were large, with a safe and balcony, and the free, easy to access wifi, is okay. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast is a bit eclectic, taking 'self service' too a new level (including a game of 'hunt the cutlery' and the corridors reminded our group of The Shining. Friendly staff,very clean and spacious rooms.beautiful views tasty buffet and clean swimming pool. The hotel is located in a very busy area where you can find anything you need. A pharmacy is a 2 min walk. And the area is full of shops. Amazing view from the Hotel, mountain view on a side and pool view on the other side. The rooms are nice and clean. We took two connected rooms with a living room. The service is pretty good. They will help you with anything you need. The manager is very nice too. The prices are so affordably. we tried their Wednesdays promotion, it was a burger night at 10$ per person with a very tasty food and the kids really enjoyed their Meal. I will surely come back to Chtaura Park Hotel hotel.

Hotel is well positioned close to town. Hotel is positioned with a lovely and relaxing Terrace, with large pool and gym. Rooms are comfortable and clean. A wild variety of food on Breakfast... I definitely recommend this place.

I want there with my family during the weekend, we had an amazing experience and surely we will come back! The staff is so friendly and professional, swimming pool very clean, amazing seating at "La terrace" especially their weekly event every Friday, and huge variety of food on Breakfast. Spending the day by the pool on a Sunday was a terrible experience because of the extremely loud music. Couldn’t talk with the friends we were with. We asked them to lower the music a bit several times but instead they moved us, without any benefit. Beware of the DJ sign!
