We couldn't fault our stay at Birdsong Cottage. Richard and Sandra were the perfect hosts - before, during and after our stay - very helpful, recommending places of interest, providing travel information and so on. The room was equipped with everything we could need - a wide range of toiletries in the bathroom, a drawer full of beauty products (hair...

Thank you for your review. We are both very sorry that you did not fully enjoy your stay at Birdsong Cottage for such an important celebration. At midnight on the night of your stay, we asked if you could please reduce the noise level and asked again at 12.20 am. We are a residential home with close neighbours and we...

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT! Absolutely disastrous owners. Very warm welcome, showing us to our room and telling us how to work the hot tub, only to find out that after 23:30 the owners are in the room next to you, shouting at you to turn the noise down. No problem with wanting a quiet night apart from how about telling...

We stayed here for a relaxing night away from busy life and we got that. Our room was beautiful & had everything in it we needed. Coffee machine, fully stocked and a kettle for the many teas and hot chocolate provided. The little treats of sweets was lush too. There is a mini fridge with milk and juice provided. We...

I can't believe how amazing this place actually is. The finishing touches are second to none. We were made to feel very welcomed and left to have a fantastic evening in the hot tub- definitely book the haven room! So easy to find and so close to Alnwick and Craster. Sandra was more than helpful showing us how to use...

We loved every minute of our stay at birdsong cottage and can't wait to return! The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed use of the hot tub and decided to stay in the b&b for the night rather than go out. Can't wait to return!

My boyfriend and I had an excellent stay at Birdsong Cottage having been recommended it by a family member. The room was spacious and lots of 'added extras' which made the stay extra special; well stocked fridge, coffee machine, robes etc! The hot tub was a particular highlight, perfectly secluded and so relaxing to sit on the balcony in the...

A secluded B&B with a luxury room. Excellent personal touches in the room such as snacks and drinks in fridge. Dressing gowns and slippers for relaxing in and a very comfy bed.
