This is an exciting hotel to stay at - a classic lancia in the foyer and a roof view out of this world. all is fine but we did have a disappointing evening meal. Rooms very spacious and metro very handy.

What I remember most in my stay is being able to sleep well. Twin bed room with a duvet that covered even my 1.9m partner fully was great. Car park available for those travelling with a car. We took however two turns to find it. There's no clear direction anymore once you're at the hotel. Receptionist noticeably very good. Good...

Dear Thesupr, Thank you for taking time to share your comment. As the train station is under renovation, traffic can be a little bit harder. Next time you come, don't hesitate to try our breakfast, the choice is very wide, with some regional foods, it's worth it ! Best regards, Sophie

We booked a room on a Friday evening before the start of the February school holidays. As expected from Mercure: a room with good bedding and bathroom. Wifi worked perfectly. Parking in the basement of the hotel, places cannot be booked on beforehand. The parkinglots are quite small but a really fantastic nice gentleman of the hotel coordinated it all....

Great nights sleep even though I got a room facing the railway station and garbage trucks started woking from the wee hours of the morning. Breakfast was good and helped kick off the day in the right way. Rooms are a little outdated however dont let this detract you from choosing this good option in the Grenoble area.

This hotel is a short walk from the old town and across the road from the main station. The hotel is a little dated, but the beds are comfortable. I was allocated a smoking room without being asked which wasn't great. The room was clean. There was no iron in the room but there was a minibar, television and hair...

Stayed here with 4 friends for two nights. We had three rooms booked. But, not sure why we spent two days (Sunday and Monday) in chambery at all - most monuments and shops were closed. Stayed at the Mecure in Chamonix, Avignon and here in Chambery. Found Chamonix excellent (left a separate review for it) but Chambery average, although you...

Recently had the opportunity to spend a night at the Mercure hotel in Chambéry. Great choice and conveniently located across the street from the train station. Room was clean, modern and quiet -- which is all that one needs to get a good night's rest. Breakfast was very good with wide selection and delicious French crepes (a delight). Hotel also...
