We stayed at Shanti after it was recommended to us and we couldn't have been happier. So peaceful & tranquil, all the staff are so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. The huts have large, comfy, clean beds with bedside tables, shelving, ceiling fans & electricity sockets complete with plug in insect repellent. We also had a... More

Amazing place to stay. Agonda beach is simply stunning. Unspoilt. The 2 beach huts on the sea front (there are only two on the front at Shanti) were top notch. Out door private bathrooms with stone floors. Overly veranda and mariposa next door sells great food. We pre booked and got stung for the bank charges. Might have expected them... More

We traveled here and spent the day from our base at Mobor beach about 35 minutes away on moped. We were just planning to check out the beach for one day but liked it so much that we returned every day. The food is good, the mojitos were a bit too good :-s it's lively but relaxed, the people are... More

When we arrived here we stayed on the condition they would charge a certain amount for a week. We had a good time and the place was good, the food wasnt great but most of the staff were really nice and the room was good. The open air bathroom was a nice experience despite the fact that the wiring on... More

Had the pleasure of staying with Bobby & Shalu again, another fab holiday, I cannot fault Shanti Huts & Restaurant. It feels like home because these hosts & their staff make you feel like part of the family, you also tend to meet guests from previous trips as they too return, why stay anywhere else? I know I wouldn't. The... More

As a seasoned traveller I have known about Shanti and Shanti Village since 2007 and I have stayed there a number of times over the years, so I personally know how good the place is. Most nights you will see it buzzing with travellers, family members and locals with a pleasent, warm and friendly atmosphere. The food at the beach... More

We (two couples) dropped at Agonda without any reservations thinking that it wont be hard to find a nice stay, but to our dismay, our expectations and needs were far to much charged everywhere else and suddenly out of nowhere while walking exhausted we were standing right in front of beautiful Shanti Hut. We met Bobby, and luckily he had... More
