Nice independent hotel close to the town centre. Rooms were a little tired but reasonably priced and functional with the added extras of a fan, toiletries, complimentary biscuits and bottled water. Staff were also friendly and accommodating to our request for late check out.

This is a typical budget hotel, but with friendly service and a great breakfast. The beds are particularly comfortable. The only drawback is at there is no lift. The rooms are slightly dated but very clean and spacious.

Out visit to this hotel was booked by one of the family. I was a little concerned however when I checked some of the reviews on Trip Advisor. I needn't have worried though because there was not a thing I would have needed to complain about!! We couldn't book in until quite late and phoned the hotel to let them...

We got married in Worksop, stayed at Aston Hall and had a boutique hotel booked in Bristol for the Sunday night. We set off on Sunday morning and we'd only been driving for 45 minutes when the fanbelt broke! Our breakdown company took 3 1/2 hrs to send a recovery truck (not a repair truck as requested), who hadn't got...

Friendly and efficient staff, gave help to take my case up to my room. Dinner menu had decentcselection of meals, and the breakfast was very good. The room had everything I needed, hairdryer, iron, wifi, and was a decent size.

Not been local we were unsure where we could go, I looked the Hermitage up on google and read some reviews on trip advisor which were helpful. We were well looked after, the food...

Stayed here a few times now and have never been disappointed. Rooms are comfortable, quite and adequately equipped. Yes they could maybe do with an upgrade here and there but overall no problem. Staff always freindly and helpful, dinner and breakfast always tasty with good choice.

Needs some servere TLC, bathroom small and dated, the room its self comfortable and airy. Very annoying that they dont serve evening meals even though they are advisting themselves as a grill and bar. very frustrating as a solo business traveller the last thing I wanted to be doing was travelling in an area I knew little about looking for...

On arriving at the hotel at 11am, the man at reception was extremely rude and dismissive when we tried to book in - just told us we couldn't book in until 2, and when we tried to explain that this wasn't made clear on the website he snapped at us and told us it was - this despite the form...
