We arrived here in the dead of winter, with snow chucking down but couldn't have had a warmer welcome from the owner who lugged our luggage up the stairs and helped us with our dinner reservations. He also drove us to Il Bovio (a must-eat restaurant) in deep snow that evening and was lovely to chat to and very informative....

This small boutique hotel is exaclty what i was looking for. A charming, cozy, elegant retreat perfect for a romantic gateway. Located in the beautiful area of the Langhe, famous for great food, wine and natural beauties. A big plus the amazing homemade breakfast!

We spent 2 nights and enjoyed it. Breakfast was excellent and the gardens/pool must be nice in summer. La Morra is a beautiful village with many Restaurants. and things to see; Corte Gondina is a good starting Point. The staff was helpful, rooms smallish but adequately furnished and, as said, a very good breakfast!

In the small village of La Morra – and a short walk from what is arguably the best restaurant in Piemonte: Il Bovio – lies the lovely little Corte Gondina Hotel. There aren’t a lot or rooms but the rooms they have, are great: some are large with only a minimal view while others are a bit smaller with a...

While I would not call this a deluxe hotel it was a good value. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent including eggs made to order. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They set up a wine tasting for us which was a highlight of our 4 night stay. If you don't mind walking up hill...

My husband and I spent 4 days at this lovely boutique hotel in August while touring the Barolo area. Our very large room was on the third floor with views over the gardens and rooftops of La Morra. We were able to walk to and from the main hub of La Morra and it's many restaurants. Our plentiful daily breakfast...

We would definitely recommend this hotel, the hotel is very stylish and the position is great as you can walk into La Morra which has amazing views and lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel is lovely with a great pool and one of the best breakfasts we had. My one recommendation when staying in La Morra is to make...

We recently spent 3 nights at the hotel while touring around the surrounding vineyards. Our room was a ground floor room opening onto a lovely courtyard. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had a shower with no bath. The hotel was a short walk away from a number of restaurants and close to some excellent Barolo vineyards. So...

Right on top of the mountain , in the quaint town of La Morra , exists the perfect boutique hotel called "Corte Gondina". A lovely family welcomes you into their historic home and "at home" is how you feel right from the start. We had a room with a walk out right into their private courtyard and steps from the...
