Not the fanciest place to stay, but the room was fine. It was quiet, down sidestreets (with poor road surface), and I have no real complaints. The house itself (we are in an annex) was interestingly decorated, and the owner friendly. The breakfast was OK - based upon an unusual soup.

I'm sure it's dandy and fine when mum and dad are at home but this summer they let their son in charge. Martin is a bit moody, rude at times and sulks at requests. Other Armenian guests offered me coffee after a while as Martin didn't budge. Although their website clearly states breakfast is included, he wanted to charge extra; "mistake in website". When my laundry was drying outside and it started to rain it was first denied they have a drying rack. After some pressing I was instructed "go to garage, look behind car". He almost got up! Towels stank. No surprise as I saw Martin doing laundry on 14 minute cold rinse program. Top of the pops: we had agreed to have breakfast at 8 on my last morning as I wanted to catch the 10 o'clock bus. At 8:10 Martin was still sleeping. He said he forgot, then that the market wasn't open in time for bread, and then that the worker who makes breakfast didn't make it in time. It would be ready at 8:30... yet nothing. Could add more but honesty also compels stating that the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Kudos to the worker!

Nice, clean and comfortable place to stay outside the centre of Gyumri. Beautiful garden with a picnic table and even a 2-seat rocking chair. Enjoy the crystal clear stars from here at night. Wonderful Armenian coffee and breakfast from hospitable hosts.

I stayed here last year. It is closed to the city center. The place is very quiet, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is wifi and you can use some kitchen tools in the rooms. I liked the breakfast. The owner is very hospitable. I am glad to meet him. I suggest this nice place to everyone.
