I was few times in the past few month here, but I would not stay there again after my last Trip! We change 2 times the rooms because very smelly and the Staff was not very helpfully after we complain the smell by the Checkin.... The bad smell comes from the sewer pipe. For this price you will find better...

Booked a deluxe suite with my mom and brother. The suite was a one bedroom with a common area that connected to another bedroom with a separate entrance. Very well designed layout. It was clean, comfortable, and easy access via van or tricycle taxi ride to the airport since you avoid most of the downtown Tacloban traffic. Wifi was spotty...

I stayed at this property for a week in July. The place was well maintained and clean. I had a queen bed room. The room was equipped with a fridge and kettle. The type of room i had was sharing the kitchen with 2 other rooms, however there is only empty cupboards in there and a table and chairs. The staff...

When booked far ahead I got awesome rate. Not that close to anything. Rooms very average. Queen bed ok. Kitchen useless, fridge is just a small wine cooler that could barely keep drinks cool. No place to heat food. Nothing useful like plates or silverware. Agree with other that TV in main room lacks greatly in reception, also the channels...

I booked a queen bedroom in Zpad residencies for a two week stay. I enjoyed my time in the room, it was a bit small and the TV's reception was very bad and sometimes didn't work at all. The wifi in the first week was good but it kept dropping and was unavailable for hours the last couple of days....

We had a couple of two bedroom units with the open area that could also sleep a few. Each unit had two bathrooms which was a plus. The beds were comfortable and the blinds made the rooms dark. The sound proofing, like most of the Philippines isn't that great so you do hear the outside noises. There was a lot...

Stayed at this residence in the exec room with 4 brothers and sisters so we were pleased with the 3 bedrooms and common area. The biggest room had 2 very comfy double beds and a lovely spacious clean bathroom. Great toiletries too. A/C worked perfect. Good blinds in the rooms for privacy. We found it easy enough to find a...

Tucked in a dark street, just beyond a street bingo parlor and a hotdog stand, Zpad has just the right amount of sass. Be whisked by a poor dog's whimper into a tiny reception booth, with a nice young lady ready to take your cash. If you want to feel how it feels to be inside a single ticket booth,...

After a 6hr flight delay to get here, we arrived at midnight to smiling and friendly staff. Very quick check in and straight to our room. Loved the spacious common area and was pleasantly surprised with the room. Front desk called after 5 minutes to ensure we had everything we needed and were happy with the room. Bathroom is very...

But will not opt for my 6th. The hotel is clean and quiet, but the more you stay the higher the chance that staff will take their job as a joke to their customer. Likewise, they often pay attention and respect only to the guest who has the booking named after, if you're a companion just don't expect you'll receive...
