If you have your own car, and are willing to stay a short drive out of town, you will be repaid well in quality of food (much of it originating from the farm I think), and also quality of accommodation. The room is big, and food is served at your porch. Awesome view of the mountain range and good swimming...

Our five year old calls it "Her house in Africa" - and we do keep on coming back to Simone and Kim at Mbuyuni farm. It is a very relaxing escape out of Dar es Salaam. It is a wonderful place with very friendly and accommodative service, beautiful cottages and very nice food. Most of all we love the serenity...

We stoped in this wonderfull spot on our way to Dar with the whole family: the four grandparents, my husband and I and pur one year old baby. Every detail was perfect: amazing dinner, confortable cottages, nice and friendly service. Thank you Simone! We will be back soon I hope!

This is a beautiful place to have a break of all your safari experiences. We stayed only one night, but if you have the time, stay a bit longer to relax. There is a pool and you can take a walk on the farm. The food was excellent and served at your veranda. The house is big, clean, nicely decorated...

We stayed at Mbuyuni Farm for one night whilst driving through Tanzania. The bungalow was excellent with lots of space. The service was great - they brought the (good) food to us rather than us having to go to a restaurant. The view from our patio was superb. Just a note of warning: the road to the farm crosses a...

Arriving in Dar at 3.00 we hired a car and headed off on our journey. By the time we reached Mbuyuni Farm Retreat we felt as if we had been totally integrated into the African culture. During the 4 hour drive we saw Africa in it's hectic, bright busy form. The Farm offered us a peaceful haven from which to...

I visited the farm for a weekend with a few friends over a year ago and we opted for the self catering cottage. All appliances were working perfectly, the setting and decor was amazing not to mention the quietness that comes with it. The dinner we had on the veranda is one of the best I've had and then waking...

Mbuyuni is the perfect solution for anyone working temporarily in Morogoro for several days, weeks, or months. A blissful alternative to any in-town hotels, the scenery is stunning, service impeccable, and hospitality and privacy top-notch. The ride into Morogoro is an easy 20 minutes, and the bridge is passable by sedan - no 4WD needed. Not challenging to find competent...

We stayed at Mbuyuni Farm Retreat with friends last week-end, we had a very good time, the accommodation are really nice, very clean. We chose the self catering option this time but we heard that the food is really good, so for next time we will try it as well. Nice walks can be done on the property, the pool...

I visited this place with my friends nad I can really recomend it as it is at very nice quiet place with great view of Uluguru Mountains. We choose self cataring but you can also get full board there. We enjoyed short walks around and pool which was just around our house. Place was clean, owners very friendly so 100%...
