Had deluxe room: standard, but clean enough. There are no sockets next to the head of the bed (this is annoying). AC is good. Bathroom: shower quite good. There is hot and cold water. Breakfast food: standard chicken porridge (incidentally salty and lots of MSG), white bread with jam and butter, rice with flour fried chicken. Not comfort: Tuesday and Wednesday night at 22 to 24 past, below there is a noisy sound of live music that is quite disturbing to the room. Front office and staff: very friendly. Parking can be for 4-6 cars. The location of the hotel is also quite good. The management MUST DO something to make better about the live music, the breakfast and power socket. This is not terrible hotel but if you have a choice better look somewhere else
The Batik is one of the good hotel in ternate but it is an poor management hotel, stayed for two night, albeit the room is clean but theres only one towel and when you ask for more you need to wait for at least Half Hour, and since the front office only give you one key and they suggest if you want to go out, you just keep the key in power switch and let the staff take care of it when you got to the hotel by using master key, in reality its a bust, the masterkey broken and the manual is hard to find and dont even mention the food esspecially breakfast i give it half star for breakfast, all and all whagt a sh*****y stay!!!!!
stay here for 3 days. nice lobby with Batik decoration. Small room, but comfy, clean & good mountain view. infront the hotel have 2 restaurant. the breakfast standard not so many varians but good taste & the staff always provide them again. Limited parking space. Free wifi
Small but quite okay hotel. Quite clean but my room smelt strange. Location is strategic but Ternate is a small city anyway so everything is nearby. There is a cafe across the hotel and some small food vendors around. Meeting room is large and food is great.
I went to Ternate to visit National Park of Akatejawe-Lolobate in Sofifi, on the way back to Jakarta I had to spend one night in the city. This hotel is just fine for a traveler like to me who does not expect much. Check-in process went smoothly, but when entering the room, I just realized it has no window. The bath room is not really clean, I saw hairs in one of the corner. I found the room is a bit dirty due to the previous guest. I need to warn the receptionist to clean up the room again. The location is in the city, it was easy to commute and find tasty food. WiFi is free and rather fast for eastern Indonesia.
i've been got the worst breakfast i ever eat before. it's like a hell. the room it's sooooooooooo tiny. i can't get among space there. though the staff is so friendly. i am deeply dissapointed. i won't to stay there anymore.
Went there last december, hotel rate is a little higher compare to others at the same class. I chose Batik Hotel because its the newest hotel in Ternate. Clean and comfort hotel, standard services, standard breakfast.
Was Great stay. This hotel is strategic location i think. Good and nice staff, they respond very quickly when i need something. Lobby very nice with Batik Local decoration, Room so small but clean. Breakfast menu with Indonesian food / local food not many choices. but I love it. I feel like I'm in my own house..
The rate was good - USD$35 but rooms are super tiny. No room to swing a cat. Breakfast was totally the worst ever. Bluebell margarine , white toast and very old, tiny bits of cold chicken. They did make me an omelette on my request, which was wonderful. Staff are super nice but Nino e could make a decision. Fine for 1 night
Stayed here for one night. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. AC, TV, and hot water all worked fine. Breakfast was Indonesian (rice, fish, noodles), and the coffee was really good. This is a low-frills hotel, but perfectly acceptable if all you're looking for is a place to sleep.
