Still the biggest and the highest rank hotel in Ternate. Yet, the rooms need refurbish. Old and worn out tables, chairs and some more other room facilities. The staffs are honest and trustworthy. A friend of mine...
Hotel is very average, it needs maintainance. Some rooms don't have a refrigerator. The food and drinks are very expensive! Breakfast is ok, don't come too late because you will find empty plates. Swimmingpool is...
I had problem while check in because my booking in trav*loka didn't connect to the hotel's database (they didn't update the room availability to trav*loka). I wait for 4 hours at night because of it. Thankfully...

This was my third stay at Villa Ma,Rasai and the second in quick succession since the opening of the new wing. The extension further improves what was already a unique offering particularly when compared to the...
We were some weeks in North Moluccas and alltogether spent 7 days in Villa Ma’Rasai. Very clean, beautifully decorated rooms with balcony and a nice view on Tidore and Halmahera, amazing pottery, ceramics, batiks...
Had deluxe room: standard, but clean enough. There are no sockets next to the head of the bed (this is annoying). AC is good. Bathroom: shower quite good. There is hot and cold water. Breakfast food: standard...
Small but quite okay hotel. Quite clean but my room smelt strange. Location is strategic but Ternate is a small city anyway so everything is nearby. There is a cafe across the hotel and some small food vendors...
Ternate has a limited number of hotel to offer for tourists, especially when you search on the internet before your arrival. We found this hotel in the Lonely Planet and stayed for two nights in one of their Deluxe twin room. The room is quite spacious but not very clean and it has lots of mosquitoes, the view from the balcony is beautiful, the service is ok and the staffs are pretty helpful and friendly, the breakfast is very minimum especially for the price you pay (300K IDR). Although they don't have a lot of competitors in town, I think they can make some more effort to make their hotel even better.
Finally, my pics were posted by tripadvisor :) One that I think is worth a visit Bukit Pelangi hotel. with incredible views of the morning, is at the right height, and close to the town center, making me feel at home - long stay here at a price that makes sense, though I myself am a local resident in the area here.
