The hotel is small but cosy (BOUTIQUE HOTEL) and facing the beach. All the rooms are clean and well decorated. Free parking for the car. Great relation quality-price. The staff is very friendly and helpuful. The breakfast could be better but the waterfront view of the room makes it worth it. I enjoyed eveything.

The hotel is old and in not great shape. It is quaint with nice public rooms but the guest rooms are extremely small and rickety. We were the only guest and we were assigned a room way in the back with no view. I guess it is better in the summer time but not in the off season

Everything is just perfect! A perfect location close to the bay so that you enjoy the waterfront view while having breakfast. The plates on which the breakfast is served are from Vista Alegre! A perfectly decorated stylish room. A fantastic bathroom. A comfy bed with a lot of pillows. A free parking for the car. Little details like welcoming cookies...

Very unique hotel, in a building that is 100 years old (build in 1917) and is kept very well in the original style! Clean rooms, good breakfast, a nice price and above all very friendly staff! Back in time without losing modern comforts, the WiFi connection worked well.

Stayed for 1 night new year's eve. We watched the fireworks from the hotel balcony overlooking the bay. The staff are very friendly. our room was quite small, but for 1 night adequate, but i would not stay much longer because of our room size. Maybe a more expensive room would be better, ours was standard. The private car park...

My wife and I, her brothers family and other friends spent 4 nights at this delightful hotel a few years ago. When we were planning on returning to the area in the spring of 2015 we were sad to discover that the hotel had closed. Now it has reopened and looks as wonderful as ever. Old world charm, attention to...

São Martinho do Porto is a seaside resort. It boasts a sheltered bay that in summer sees the beach crowded with tourists, both nationals and foreigners. Go there in November, like I just did It is deliciously quiet. The Palace do Capitão is a quaint old house that used to belong to a sea captain.Transformed into a hotel, it retains...

Hotel facility is a classic old fashion hotel located on the water in Sao Martinho do Porto.. However there was a service issue especially with the lady (Alina) in the dining and reception areas... although hotel was not full (as its now off season), she disappeared when she was needed and we had to find her for service. Even once...

We arrived at the hotel by car which we parked in their free secure parking lot across from the back of the hotel. The location is right on the beach front, in easy access to restaurants and shops. The lift to the quaint old upper town is also just behind the hotel. The appearance of the hotel is grand as...

We stayed one night. From the outside it looks like a beach villa but on the inside like a tiny medieval castle. Reception (Russian girl) was friendly and efficient, we were walked to our room. Parking was ample and parking garage available. Room was spacious but it has been a while that we saw a crt TV in a hotel...
