The holiday village of Meripesä is situated in Ölmos in the Municipality of Kimito, and is close to both the sea and the Archipelago National Park. Part of the holiday village is located near to the beach in the sheltered bay of Ölmos, and part along the bay’s lovely sandy beach, with views out to the open sea. The holiday village is sited on a large headland of approximately 50 hectare, with a 2 kilometre long shoreline. The headland is composed of rocky areas and pine forest. In the winter this terrain offers good skiing, and in the summer the woods are rich in berries and mushrooms. In the bay of Ölmos there is a private jetty for our customers use to dock and moor their boats. Kimito Municipality has many events, activities and sights worth seeing. We are open:01.01 until 31.12

We spent a week of our vacation here and we loved it. We like fishing and there are very good fishing spots there. Cottage is cozy and full equipped. Environment is very pleasant, and quite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you, we will come back ;-)

Great location and amenities. Owners took good care of us. Really recommended for a family or group stay. Total relaxation and full chill out... You need a car to get groceries but then the kitchen is well equipped and forest full of berries...

We stayed here during the UK autumn half term, easy to find, friendly owners really nice cabins and a beautiful place to stay. Nice beaches and the rowing boat was fun. There is a good small supermarket in the next village.

I visited this place in October, when the high season was already over. The friendly and kind told that they have many regular customers returning over and over again to Meripesä cottages, and that they form kind of a community and help newcomers to learn the habits of the house. Sounds interesting! Well-kept and tidy cottages, each having a small boat to go out to the sea.
