I'll write it in block letters: THERE IS NO LIFT TO THE ROOM NAMED "DISABILITY ACCESS". When we asked why they call this room "Disability Access", they answered: there is a disability access to the dining room on the ground floor. So old people had to use stairs to get to the "Disability Access" room on the 2nd floor. We also had to take our luggage by stairs and nobody even thought to offer any help. We call this misleading and poor service. And what a person on a wheelchair should do in your hotel with "Disability Access" rooms???
After the booking they asked to make a bank transfer to prepay for the 1st night. We were told that they don't accept credit cards, so we made such transfer and paid commission for that. When we arrived to the hotel we saw that they can accept the credit cards very well. So why you ask to make a bank transfer? Why you cannot just charge my card so I won't have to pay a commission?
There's no kettle, or minibar in the room. We asked for a kettle and they promised to bring one, but they didn't.
Nice room but heating system workinh slowly so it my room got warm after few hours. There was no hair dryer in the room but the rest of room equipment was very nice. I did not like was acoustics. I could hear a receptionist talking despitr the difference of 2 floors
What surprised me was the breakfast. Ham and eggs and coffee were good but there was nothing else. Either You choose plate of ham, plate of cheese, or eggs. Juice was The worst i ever seen. The positive was decent price. If I come back? I do not think so
