Got a stay in this hotel as a special birthday treat and a treat it was indeed. The whole palace is beautiful, just like on the photos - historical artefacts everywhere and nicely renovated. The hotel grounds are not too big, but there is a park where you can go for a walk or cycling – if the weather is nice, sit in a gazebo with a drink or two (I recommend prosecco to make you feel even more special) or bring out a picnic blanket. Don’t forget to visit the peacocks! You can wonder around the hotel halls freely and admire everything (wearing a crown and pretending to be royalty optional but highly recommended) – there is a chapel which is normally closed but if you ask at the reception they will open it for you and give you a tour around. Well worth at least a short little

By chance we stayed one night in this beautiful place. A quite place with a lot of history. The receptionist speak very well English - the checkin, booked over booking.com was fast and professional. The large room in the second floor is clean, the bed was very good. In the toilet you will find all you need. Internet is free in very good quality - easy accessible. There menus in the restaurant is ok. The food was delicious- the portions are well sized, not too large as usually in Slovakia. There are a lot of are, old furniture and other historic things to find if you have time enough... Thanks for the great hospitality - I will come back for sure.

I stayed here for one night with a colleague on business. First of all this hotel was very difficult to find even with the sat nav, however first impressions were that this complex far stands out from all else in the area with a grand gated entrance and superb driveway. The hotel staff certainly take a lot of care with the exterior of the property. Check - in was quick and easy and my room on the third floor was to a very good standard with a nice bathroom. As the rooms were in the 'roof' area of the hotel there were big opening skylights which I loved, and also I loved the smell of the treated wood beams in the corridor. We had drinks in the main courtyard which was huge and very impressive, we ate dinner in the restaurant which was absolutely excellent. This is a very large

We spent one night there and have to say it was one of the more bizarre - but in a good way - experiences we have had. It starts when you drive up to the hotel - not the easiest to find - and have to lug your cases out to reception then drive off and park your own car. We eventually checked in and went to our "attic room" It was huge - but empty. You could have put another double bed in there - but it just had one bed and one chair and a small desk. There was a definite need for more furniture - the same applying to the huge bathroom which was equally empty! But despite this the hotel is packed full of character and we were very kindly shown the on site chapel and special hunting room late one night. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel corridors are also full of art and
