This August we had a wedding reception at this quaint hotel anyway. The whole hotel and restaurant we had had to themselves. The service is attentive, the food was terrific summer and I recommend to try cold orange carrot soup with parsley potato chips. Apartment we had a beautifully decorated, clean and personal extremely helpful. I thank them for the great wedding day and night! If you are planning a smaller wedding, or a trip to Presov, this hotel will not leave you cold. In summer we miss aircondition.

I booked Enchante in a rush filled with trepidation that I had not done my homework in ensuring it was the right kind of hotel for us. I needed not to have worried as it turned out to be one of my best experiences with travel and hotels till date.
The hotel is well located. Quiet and away from it all but all not too far from key places you might want to visit in Presov. The staff were very warm, polite and helpful which really immediately put my little girl at ease as we were in Presov for a wedding and she was already feeling like she might find the whole trip boring as it was mostly 'adults' and not a lot of kids to play with.
The room was really really nice and artfully designed. It felt more like a chalet than your regular hotel room. The spa was really lovely and in top shape from a cleanliness and maintenance perspective. Breakfast then totally sold the hotel to me as you get to choose what you want and this is then prepared for you ( in addition to the regular buffet items).
My family and I loved our experience at this hotel and will definitely visit again.

Spent there a weekend with my girlfriend and I tell you this place is not good. I am not a very picky traveler. I have been places before but never seen as rude staff as in this hotel. Our room wasn't clean at all and my girlfriend found pubic hair on the floor in the bathroom! The shower wasn't working right it was either very cold or very hot water coming. Our bed was a little too hard for what I am used to. And the food tasted terrible and undercooked. I don't know who gave a good review about this hotel but it must have been their staff or something. Don't get fooled by the pics of their rooms! They really don't look like the ones on the pics! NEVER AGAIN!!

We stayed at Hotel Enchante for 3 nights, and it was a very good choice. It is on a busy road, but our room was set back, so noise was not a problem. There is secure parking provided (they close a gate at night), although you pay a small fee to park. They also lock the Reception door in the evening and overnight, you need to press the buzzer to enter, again adding to security.
You are maybe 15 minutes walk from the centre of Main Street. Turn right out of the hotel, and there is a small convenience store on the corner, 5 minutes walk away, good for food and snacks. Turn right again, walk towards the centre (crossing the railway line), and you come to the back of a large Tesco supermarket, so even more options to buy food and drink. In the centre of Presov you will find a number of restaurants, but also give the restaurant at Enchante a chance, we did, and we had a very nice evening meal there.
The room we had was exceptionally clean, totally spotless, almost like it had never been used - I appreciated this alot. Everything was modern and stylish, the bed was comfortable and very clean - only small criticism of the bed was having 2 single mattresses on a double bed base, so always that annoying gap in the middle.
Breakfast area is small, but I believe they would use the tables downstairs in the basement if the ground floor tables were full. Nice selection of cold meats, cheeses, cereals, breads, etc. Coffee made to order, and they will also cook things like omlettes and scrambled eggs to order if you ask. Overall a nice breakfast experience.
Dont forget to use the Wellness if you have time, you may need to pay, depending on the duration of your stay, but definitely worth it. You book a time slot with Reception, so you cannot just turn up and use it.
Overall I liked it here alot, and would probably not want to risk staying anywhere else in Presov next time, incase I regretted not staying here again! Highly recommended!

Came to find my family roots. Hotel is so lovely, the room was large (3 friends) and the bathroom is so pretty and spacious! Downside was that our room was right along the road and the traffic was constant all night. Bring heavy duty earplugs. They were booked so we couldn't get a different room, but we were given free spa time (hot tub and 2 saunas) Breakfast was included and very generous. Daniela Belasova was the receptionist and personally, super helpful to me.

Small well designed hotel in fantastic location close to the heart of city Presov.
9 very good equipped rooms and aparatments with minibar, fine bath amenities, flat TV, apartments with balcony and bathtub.
Restaurant offers good range of local tastes and international cuisine too. The quality of served food is very high, breakfast is served as buffet (cold) and a-la-carte (warm).
Private wellness offers jacuzzi, sauna and infra-sauna, masage shower with cooling bucket. With accommodation for 2 consecutive nights was free entrance to wellness.
Staff is very friendly and motivated for clients satisfaction, every wishes are complieted immediatelly.
Parking front of the hotel is locked after restaurant closing-time, very safe and comfortable and chip (3,50 €/night).

We stayed at a spacious apartment with a balcony, it was very comfortable, clean and large bathroom with both shower and bath. Service was great, we also enjoyed very comfortable and pleasant wellness zone and last but not least was an unbelievable mushrooms risotto, you need to taste it! Excellent combinations of food, yummy deserts.

We used this hotel as our base while, visiting Presov and a neighboring village. We stayed in a suite which was well worth the extra money. The hotel was immaculately clean and updated. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious with a varied selection. Hot breakfast was available and made to order. We had absolutely no complaints. We spent a week end. The purpose of visiting Presov was to see the place where my paternal grandfather learned the butcher trade. We also visited the Village of Zahradne, my grandfather's birthplace. With the help of a guide we also located my relatives who still live in the area. This area is absolutely beautiful and worth visiting. We did not rent a car but there is parking on site at the hotel for a small fee. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town section of Presov. We felt very comfortable walking around the city. We arrived in Presov by train and walked to the Hotel Enchante. Our stay in Presov was a very special part of our two week stay in Slovakia and the Hotel Enchante made it more so.
