The room was pleasant as you would expect from a Holiday Inn and the prices were also what you expect from a Holiday Inn. Children eating free was a bonus. The bar had a nice range of drinks and a pleasant atmosphere even later on in the evening. The food was good, though not quite up to the standard is...

The hotel was great, clean, staff was very polite. Even the chambermaids said hello as we walked past them. We only had breakfast and I must say I was impressed. Good quality, good choice. Our room was nice and clean, bed comfortable. If I was to be very picky I would say that I was quite surprised that wifi was...

As a frequent business traveller, and IHG loyalty card holder, I can honestly say that this is the best Holiday Inn in the Uk, in terms of accommodation, service and food (and I've probably stayed at most of them). The rooms are excellent; with lots of space, a huge bed and very powerful shower. Top tip - register for an...

Recently stayed in this venue on a coach trip. Hotel is set in lovely grounds with a lake and a fountain was outside our bedroom. Bedrooms were big with a large tv and kingsize bed. Main problem was the way the coach party were pushed into a back room with no windows. Pot luck if the breakfast was anywhere near...

I stayed at this hotel a few times back in the '90s when it was under different ownership and had always found it met / exceeded my expectations. So when the chance came up for a last minute weekend in Bristol and the city centre places were full or super-expensive, we opted for the Holiday Inn Bristol - Filton. First...

Usual Holiday Inn rooms. Hope is in need of a refurb and is starting to look a little tired. I ate in the onsite Thai Restaurant, the menu looked good however the food was decidedly below par with the rice looking as if it had been warmed in a microwave and the duck rolls so salty and full of MSG....

I stay in a wide variety of hotels with my work. This hotel building is nothing out of the ordinary but the staff make it that extra bit special. Always smiling and prepared to go that extra mile for a weary business traveller. Special mention for Paige and her hard work in both the restaurant and coffee shop. She always...

Good clean rooms, comfortable and spacious. Easy access. Choice of two restaurants - Thai/ Asian and traditional fair. You can also choose to eat in the public area where 2 screens display a mix of sport and news. Here you can grab a Starbucks coffee. Friendly helpful staff

This is the closest hotel to UWE, also has free parking. The hotel has a gym, less said about it the better though. Skip the showers in the changing rooms, unless you want to get sick. Had a standard room as usual, perfectly acceptable, clean and comfortable. Only one problem the room was too hot even using the air conditioning. Our room had a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, free WiFi being IHG members. Staff helpful, particularly in the restaurant.
