We stayed there recently while cycling the Blueberry Route. We had a decent sized room, and the hotel had a very good restaurant. There was a safe place to store our bikes. We arrived a little early, and they were kind enough to let us into our room. Housekeeping was trying to defrost the fridge in the room. We could...

At first arrival it looks very interesting and the falls are impressive also the sites are very big with full hookups and also well installed for tents, but that's were it stops being a tourist attraction. You have to go a good distance to visit the different attractions like the St Felicien zoo witch is a fantastic experience. Also the...

10 of us assembled at this motel in preparation of a 10 day trip down the Mistassibbi R. The site overlooks a fabulous set of rapids/falls which is repeated in other sites near the town. This far north and east, I anticipated anti-English sentiment but not this time. The folks at the motel were just great and patiently, politely and...

We stayed at Motel Chute des Peres on the third night of our cycling trip around the Veloroute des Bleuets. We had cycled over 75 km and were looking forward to staying in a nice place. We had requested upgraded accommodations from Equinox Adventures (who organized our cycling trip). We first visited this place in 2013 when my father-in-law booked us a room as a gift. It was heaven to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the falls as you opened the door and I loved walking by the water in the morning to start my day. We visited again last week to sadly attend the...

This hotel has a older look but everything work well, really have 70's feeling. The room on the river side have nice view to the falls. Temperature control in the room are quiet old, the room was freezing cold when got into it. After settting setpoing higher it was better. There is a restaurant in the hotel, diner and breakfast...

Stayed here as part of our cycling trip on Veleroute des Bleuets around Lac Saint Jean in early August. Did the same trip in 2011 and stayed here then as well. Hotel is right on the main trail. They had a room for us to store our bicycles overnight. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Had an updated room...

Although this hotel is very clean and in a good location (walking distance to various places in Dolbeau and a short drive to lac st jean) it is not worth the price tag. It is rather price for not much of anything and the hotel itself is quite dated. Even with a AAA discount it was high at $116 after...

Sometimes called Motel sometimes Hotel, we stayed one night in July in the motel and we liked the experience. The location was good and the only noise we heard came from the falls. In the evening we had a pleasant walk along the river . The next day we ate a good breakfast at the hotel restaurant. It is possible...
