Ok hotel for an overnight business trip. Their main advantage is they accept visa credit card. Easily accessible on the main road by can get noisy. Rooms are spacious but the linen needs replacing. Great traditional breakfast but menu a tad limited. Lunch was okay but took over 30 minutes. Staff are friendly but not quick or lively. Big turn...

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 2 weeks as we were working at the hospital in Mbarara. The place is very clean and has the best staff around. Everybody are smiling and do really care about you. The place has good breakfast but the chefs in the kitchen during other hours are very different in skills. The wifi is...

Acacia was able to host our group of 14 although we checked in quite late en route to Queen Elizabeth NP. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, the wifi in the rooms and the hot showers, for the price paid this was the best accommodation we had in Uganda! The curry was also delicious served in the...

I was booked in here by my hosts and I liked it especially the friendly staff and the nice breakfast in the morning! The beds are a little weird though (2 little beds joined together) but the rooms are clean and with warm water. The restaurants close by 11pm, but offer good food. The Wifi is scanty! I have been...

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night only before resuming our road trip. A website for Mbarara hotels had given this hotel a four star rating so we thought it would be the perfect hotel to stay in. However, we faced many problems during the night. 1) The so-called flat screen TV is by a window...

I visited Acacia hotel just a couple of weeks ago. I found the room to be very clean and the price for 4 people/2 beds was very fair. The price also included a breakfast buffet which was above average in selection and quality. I was most impressed with the staff who were friendly, helpful and accommodating. When I pass through...

I first visited Acacia Hotel in 2014 around August/September. It was lovely with good wifi in the rooms and conference rooms. I was there again in June 2015. The rooms are still clean, good wifi and timely services. Since i was conducting some trainings it was always good to see that food and teas were on time. Keep it up...

Stayed at Acacia Hotel for a night and found the place at fair side. It has good location with friendly staff offering good services. Will be better if Rooms could be bit more comfortable. Food quality is reasonable.

Stayed there overnight with family on the way to Kampala from Rwanda. The location is convenient right on the main road and has good security. The food and rooms were basic and clean (good VFM) though the service could have been better.
