Stopped here on Wednesday on business in the area our host were excellent and could not do enough to accommodate us the rooms were spotlessly clean the bathroom was huge with large bath and shower (lovely towels) .The full English breakfast was to die for endless coffee and toast loved the tomatoes on the vine and haggis if you wanted it (I declined soft southerner). Last of all you must mention covid felt extremely safe from the moment I arrived to went i left face coverings worn all the time in the public area's. Would I stop again you bet hope to see you soon Bob.

I stayed here with a colleague while working in the area before heading to Skye and Fort William, There was ample parking and so quiet. Being nearly a mile from the main road certainly helped! The welcome from Sheila and Allan was fantastic, the Covid shoal distancing and information was well explained and carried out. The bedrooms were spectacular, mini fridges in them too with milk and bottled water. there was also a Tassimo machine with ample pods available. Dinner at extra cost was well worth it, the food being delicious, with our own beer. Breakfast was equally as good, plenty of choice available. Sleep quality was excellent, not a sound I heard! Many thanks to you both, Sheila &Allan for a really fantastic stay, it was a pity we were both working as it would be an ideal place to spend a few days away. I hope to return at some point, hopefully soon!

I cannot recommend the property and owners, Sheila and Allan enough. The perfect place and hosts. Central for so many places and amenities, but perfect if you want to chill away from the city. I can’t wait to return. Thank you both so much for a fantastic time.

Having stayed here before, Fiona and I expected a first class experience and we were not disappointed. Even during these unprecedented times, Sheila and Allan went above and beyond and as usual, nothing was too much trouble. We can assure everyone that every necessary Covid-19 precaution is taken very seriously, but in a way that makes you feel welcome and relaxed, as Sheila and Allan take as much of the onus on themselves to make your stay as normal as possible. Breakfast was served in the dining room, as normal, and although it wasn't possible for them to provide evening meals, they kindly set up the table in the summer house where we could eat whatever we had brought in. The location is in a beautiful area of countryside, located near Loch Ness. We found that Skye to the west and Dornoch to the east were easy drives for day trips. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Binnilidh Mhor if you are looking for a safe place to spend your holiday or would like a few days away during these extraordinary times. Hosts Sheila and Allan allow a 72 hour gap between guests and only one household/social bubble stay at any one time, this made us relax and feel safe knowing that we were the only guests. The large rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable as was the rest of the property. Non touch hand sanitizer was available in the rooms and guest areas. The rooms and guest areas were cleaned, disinfected and fogged. Sheila and Allan wore face coverings when speaking to us and when cleaning, preparing and serving our meals. They also took on the responsibility of social distancing to give priority of movement to us as guests. Prior to our stay an information email alongside the breakfast menu was sent via email and during the stay WhatsApp or email could be used to reduce face to face contact. Breakfast was fabulous with a good choice on the menu. If you prefer to eat evening meals as a takeaway meal instead of eating at a restaurant the food can be brought back and eaten in the dining area. The B&B is located in a lovely quiet setting with an abundance of wildlife and is an excellent base to explore the highlands. It was great that we were the only guests which made us feel safe and in good hands.
