Our initial impression was that we were in paradise. Beautiful white sand beaches, crystal blue waters and a warm ocean breeze, but upon more time spent, you begin to see the flaws of this beautiful property, that has so much potential. The upkeep of the buildings and hardware does not seem to be a priority. As you look around, you see cobwebs, peeling paint, rust, scuff marks and such. Yes, keeping up a property along the coast is a full time job, but one that is so important to the overall feeling of comfort of the space you’re in. I can certainly appreciate a more relaxed pace, after all, it’s usually why you visit someplace like this, however, there is a difference between relaxed and feeling like nothing is important. I, for one, would like to feel like a priority and for all of my needs to be met so that I can fully relax, since this is what I’m paying for. The lack of overall attention to detail, on every level, begins to feel like you’ve been sold an authentic painting, but you really only gotten a replica. I know what to expect from a 2.5-3 star property and I understand I’m paying for the bare minimum, but it should also be expected that at the 5-star level, with 5-star rates, I should feel a little more taken care of. The property sits on a beautiful location and the people are friendly, but if you’re looking for 5-star dining and service, this may not be the place for you. …
My boyfriend and I had traveled to Jamaica and we stayed at the Palladium and it was the smartest decision we made. It’s much more efficient financially and everything we needed was given to us at the resort. The only thing I would say and their all inclusive rule should include the spa.
Poor service we waited an hour before someone came and took our breakfast order. Then it took us another 45 minutes to get omellete and bacon. All juices were watered down. The ac wasnt working well neither was the television my kids were bored and so they were in the pool all day. I have done day passes before and it was excellent but alot has changed.
The hotel was very clean, Covid 19 protocols were maintained, ambiance was on point the rooms were great and the staff was very courteous. Overall it's an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend and return soon.
I stayed at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton for my birthday weekend and the overall experience was excellent.. the staff were very courteous food was excellent "compliments to the chef".. Rooms were clean and comfortable . I was very impressed with the availability of sanitizers on the property as well as the fact that covid guidelines and principles were followed.. I felt safe..will definitely visit again
