One of the nicest staff I encountered in West africa. The restaurant had a very good selection of food both African and Western. Room had a very hot shower (which isnt often in West Africa) the air conditioning was adequate, not amazing but adequate for a nice sleep

If you are Kpilime, your expectations are not high. You won't be disappointed at Chez Fanny. Rooms are so-so, but more than made up for by the superb cuisine in the restaurant. Wifi in the front (restaurant), but signal not not reach past the first room.

I was there in 2014. Thinking of Fanny's and of Fanny herself today and sorry I haven't written a review sooner. Huge room was spotless. Wonderful veranda and great food. Nothing could have been sweeter!

The hotel and nice airy rooms and on the first a great veranda to sit on and watch the world go by. The restaurant on the premises is the best in the region and it makes a nice stopover on the way to the north.

We had a great stay at Fanny's place. Everything is perfectly clean and (my main worry when I travel) mosquito free. Fanny recommends good guide and we enjoyed visiting the surrounding of Kpalime with Cobra during two days. The best part was the food: I warmly recommend the prawns with creamy ginger sauce but everything else on the menu was...

We were often tempted to drive from Lome to Kpalime just to have dinner at Chez Fanny's. The food is consistently delicious and since they're open for breakfast, lunch and dinner -- it's worth staying at Chez Fanny. There are always a variety of tasty specials available. I've had specials of beef roulade and crocodile ribs which were most delicious....

Kpalime has a lot offer and Chez Fanny is a great place to stay. It's worth the extra expense. The only place possibly in the whole country with hot showers. Rooms are decent and clean, staff are friendly, and the restaurant is excellent. The hotel also has links with an English speaking tour guide called Gregoire who is great -...
