Perfect place for some relaxing days. The house is very well decorated and clean. Erik, the owner of the Manoir, is very helpful (English speaking) to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Only complaint to our selves is that we stayed 2 days only... Michel de Bruyn

Warm welcome. Very clean rooms with taste. All a bit weird in Covid times! Thought maybe we could have had another towel each in the room as they were quite small! Only baths in the 2 bathrooms upstairs. But fine. Breakfast average, not much choice. Coffee made in a water boiler so not great. But beautiful surroundings and a very quiet spot. Very convenient for exploring DDay beaches.

Thank you for your very nice review, yes we are doing our best to clean and also to disinfect the rooms. It's a shame you didn't ask me for more towels, we provide only 2 towels per double room for more you just have to ask (it's witten inside the bedroom but sorry only in French). We have bedrooms with bath nor shower sorry if you have preferred shower but we din't know. We have a coffee machine ( the large stainless steel machine) and I think you did a mistake and used the boiler with the decaffeinated coffee in a pod to make your coffee. For the continental breakfast it's probably possible to do better, we propose Coffee, choice of teas, chocolate, orange juice, milk, boiled eggs, croissants or pains au chocolat, 2 or 3 kinds of breads, nature or chocolate cereals, butter and jam, kiwis & apples (on request), cheese (on request) and honey (on request). Maybe you had this impression because of the Covid the fruits (kiwis & apples), the cheese and the honey and not at the self service but on request (I ask to the guests). Thank you very much for your stay, I hope to see you again. ERIC

This was a really lovely place. We were really lucky and had the whole house to ourselves. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner and his wife were very friendly. The breakfast options were perfect. Really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

A beautifully refurbished manor house. Charming spiral staircase to huge comfortable room with large bathroom. Many atmospheric details. Lots of extra space for residents in lovely lounge complete with honesty bar , and hot drink making facilities. Outside is a garden delight, with superb planting and lots of interesting corners to explore.. Buffet breakfast.

We are a family of 6 who stayed at Manoir de Savigny in May to be near the Normandy WWII tour and were absolutely delighted by the beautiful and historic grounds. Eric, the owner, was a gracious host and very welcoming. We rented the cottage. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We highly recommend the experience of staying at Manoir de Savigny!!
