We ate at Coconuts and sister restaurant right next door. The food was great, make sure you have reservations for Coconuts . At Coconuts we were seated on deck overlooking water. Our waitstaff were great, very helpful and as the sun set dinner turned into a very romantic evening.

I don't often review every hotel or resort we stay at but after reading some of the "nit picking" of really minor things in other reviews and being given lower stars for no real reason at all, I thought was quite unfair so here's my review: We stayed here for 8 days for our honeymoon and it was the perfect...

Loved the location, very relaxing and the staff were generally very good (most were great but some a little disinterested). Following an overnight flight we arrived with a few other groups- in a daze and asked if we would like to pay extra $USD 125 to access a room to sleep. We declined this and hung around the pool until...

Spent 8 nights in Fale D...not worth the money. Bed & Breakfast means 4 pieces of basic fruit and toast ..never hot with a muffin when they remember to bring it. The room is a good size but tired to say the least. Towels are threabare and scratchy. Amenities are non existant. Bring your own shower hat and aftersun. Bed...

Talofa ChezBill, thank you for staying with us. I'm very sorry to see that you had a terrible experience (according to your rating). You mentioned that it was overall disappointing, and that is truly unfortunate. After reading your whole review, I'm having a little trouble understanding how your disappointment turned into a terrible experience. In any case, I would like...

Unfortunately our 3 nights stay at Coconut Beach Resort were disappointing. During our 10 days in Samoa this was the most expensive accommodation but the poorest service. While the location and the whole resort looks absolutely stunning and is also well looked the service we got at this place is disappointing. The staff was not aware of special dietary requirements...

Talofa, and thank you for choosing to stay with us. I am very sorry that you were so disappointed with the service you received. Good service should be expected regardless of the price of the accommodations. It sounds like you experienced some small problems with the service in our restaurant, and apparently when the overall cost was factored in, this...

My daughter & I have just returned from 7 nights of relaxation at Coconuts. We stayed in a comfortable Treehouse room complete with Air Con & ceiling fan. Our upstairs room had a lovely outlook across the gardens and out to the water. I had to pinch myself each morning when I opened the blinds and saw the view. Even...

We spent six wonderful nights at Coconuts (2 adults and 2 children). We stayed in Fale B which is a 2 bedroom beach Fale. It was spacious and had a real authentic Samoan feel. We spent 7 days at Coconuts Beach Club in Samoa with 2 adult children and partners. It was the perfect combination of doing nothing and sunning one self while reading to swimming, snorkling or turtle watching and touring a fascinating island with old lava tunnels filled with fresh water to swim in or, visiting a recently active volcano. The Staff...

Coconuts Beach Club Resort & Spa truly embodies all that is unique and wonderful about culturally-rich Samoa. Coconuts offers Samoan-inspired accommodations, including Samoa's only Over-the-Water Fales, and is ideally situated on Upolu's southern coast, boasting amazing sunrise and sunset views. There are no high rises, no phones, and no TV's. Perfectly located to explore all of the island's sites and experiences, Coconuts offers many of the facilities and services you would expect from a much larger resort, with the heart and soul of a small, intimate retreat.
