This place is truly Swaziland's magic of the highveld, a sight to behold, The view is breathtaking and the lodge itself is nicely tucked between tall rolling hills like they are stretching touch the heavens, I enjoyed the boat ride in particular in the nearby Maguga dam. I came back in the evening to relax in the rondavel. It was...

The staff are very helpful... The food was delicious! And the breakfast buffet massive! We unfortunately visited when it wasn't really warm and that can't be helped. The bed was wonderful against the cold, such a shame that we couldn't use the kettle though to make a warm drink - this too cannot be helped. We did go into Piggs...

We had a nice stay, rooms are clean and comfortable, good service. Restaurant has beautiful view of the dam with good breakfast, but a la carte menu needs to be improved. My kids loved the pool and the antelopes.

My 1st visit to Maguga Lodge was Jan 2012 - this was now my 4th visit and I must say that every time it's been awesome. The rooms and the lodge have not deteriorated at all - they are always Very comfortable. Your staff need medals for always being sooooo pleasant and accommodating. You will definitely see me back again...

Nicely-kept lodge in the HighvHigh held of Swaziland. Attentive service and free breakfast. Dinner was also available and was quite tasty. The pool water was fairly warm and the pool area had a nice view of the dam.

The environment is good, hospitality is OK, and peaceful. However, the unavailability of facility information guides in the rooms is a let down. For instance at our room there was no information about the facilities and activities available, not even the restaurant operating hours. No phone in the rooms, so its impossible to make an inquiry on anything without physically...

What wonderful service, as usual. The staff are so friendly and go way above their duties to make sure that you are comfortable. The only issue is that the lodge is quite far out, but still absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be back.
