Giassico is a little bit outside of cormons, a lovely hamlet with old natural stone houses, very quiet in the middle of vineyards.
The Casa Riz is founded 1860 and is just like the rooms simple but tidy.
The breakfast is for italian standards sensational wine and Prosecco is reasonably priced, the food served on weekends is plainfare.
The owners who are obviously Habsburg Fans are reserved but friendly and helpful.
The only idea for improvment would be to install showercabibs suited for an average European.

We stayed in Casa Riz for 1 night and had dinner there.
The room we stayed in was not fancy but clean and sufficient, big enough to move around. And you´re not here to sit in your room so luxury is not required. AC is available (portable) but we just left the windows open.

We were welcomed with a glas of wine which was great, went for a walk in the area and had dinner afterwards. The food is very good, let the waiter recommend and you´ll be very happy! The local white wine is fantastic and very cheap, we didn´t try the red.

I would recommend this place for one or maximum 2 nights as a base to explore the area, I think it will get boring if you stay longer.
