Liked: easy to find, right next to the old ruins, near a night market and a track with free exercise equipment, friendly owners whose son speaks excellent English, three friendly dogs (who are only allowed in the lobby), cheap, first-rate Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, good security, fans in rooms, basic utensils and dishes for eating. Disliked: no hand towel or toilet...

We felt welcome at Boonsiri Guest House. Fast Wifi (free for 4 hours), nice owner who speaks English very well (which isn't usual in this part of Thailand) and the location is perfect. Positive experience!

This place is a pretty good deal - large clean room with private bath for a very reasonable price. The family that runs this place is very friendly. Good location, walking distance to everything. The only con is the hotel wifi - you have to pay for it and the price was a little on the high side considering that...

It's very close to the ruins, the owner speaks a very good english. It has a nice and large terrace. But it wasn't very clean, there were several spiderwebs aroud the bedroom and toilet, and a lot of dust that seemed the room hadn't been cleaned in-depth for a long time.

I didn't initially intend to stay here, but I couldn't find the guesthouse I intended to stay at. This guesthouse, however, is very easy to find. It has a big sign and it's only about 75 metres in front of the ticket office to the Phimai Historical Park. (It's NOT on the road with the 7-11; it's on the road...

Location is right by the ruins. The people were very friendly. The rooms were decent although they could use a good scrubbing and dusting. The aircon worked well and the beds weren't too hard. There is a cool patio area to hang out on the second floor. I highly recommend taking a bicycle out to the giant tree, it's pretty...

First off, the guesthouse is a stone's throw from the Phimai ruins. The rooms themselves (Fan room, 350 baht a night discounted to 300 if staying longer) are fine and very clean. Could use a brush in the corners but otherwise everything was clean and orderly. The owner speaks excellent English and with a smile. He's quick to respond to...

decided to visit the khemer ruins in phimai so, grabbed the bus and headed over - just taking a minute or 2 to make a quick check for guesthouse options in phimai. Boonsiri came pretty highly recommended, so gave them a call and booked. Arrived fairly late in the day. No problem. They're located behind the corner the buses drop...

Location is just perfect just near this beautiful temple and near the night market. The guesthouse is an hidden gem. Satff is really helpful. The room was really spacious, clean, with a closet, air con and private bathroom. You really feel comfortable. The building itself is great too. We didn't try the breakfast. Really recommend this place!

Located in center if town. Right near Phimai historical park, main showplace. Clean rooms with everything needed. Shower, toilet, fan, TV, wi-fi (not too expensive). Beautiful terrace. Parking in the yard. Very friendly owner with excellent English. Rooms available from dormitory to doubles.
