Travelled to Si Chang on the 21-2-17. First impressions looked good got off the boat and a tuk tuk took (no pun intended) us to to the hotel. I made a big mistake i had booked in for three nights thinking there would be plenty to do how wrong. The hotel is very dated and badly needs a complete decor...

It's hard to say anything positive. The old hotel was not well kept. The personal was not really friendly, and the room was not clean. And we absolutely did not feel like eating our free breakfast there. We checked out after one night because it didn't meet the minimum standards.

Sichang Palace Hotel dominated the skyline as the ferry pulls into Ko Sichang Harbour, as we completed the 40 minute ride across from Si Racha. It is from a bygone era. The three storey, three star hotel looks out over the small Ko Sichang township, looking back to the mainland. The front rooms each have a "Juliette" balcony, which provides...

Furnishings in the room were worn, stained and de laminated. No kettle or beverage making facilities. When I asked said no have then just ignored me. Fridge contained nothing except two small bottles of free water and some coke. Bathroom was dilapidated. Remember this is supposed to be 3 star NOT.

This rococo wedding cake of a hotel gives the impression of having been built 20 years ago by a developer with more money than taste, and then forgotten. It stands out: it is the biggest, most expensive and flashiest hotel in the main township, but still falls short on most counts. The staff scarcely trouble to be friendly, the carpets...

Worst hotel we encountered on our Thailand trip. Overprized, smelly and dirty room, broken glass and litter at the swimming pool which had a 'closed' sign but which we used after the staff told us it was ok to do so. (After reading the review below I doubt that was a good idea after all).

This hotel is the worst place we have visited in Asia, ever and my only negative review so far. On the positive side: Free taxi or songtaw the few hundred meters from the pier. The staff tried to be nice. And the bed was not rock hard. The staff don't speak english. The room was stinking insect repellent and was...
