Travellers' Choice
In the heights of the Western Galilee, near Kfar Vradim, nestles “Hacienda Forest View”. The building emulates a magical authentic Spanish estate, spreading over 70 acres of natural forest. The hotel offers 160 stylish rooms , including Garden rooms; Garden Jacuzzi rooms and more. The complex offers wide opened grassy areas, a rural swimming pool (seasonal), ball courts, mini golf and the children's club. Our main attraction is the Hacienda Spa, which is located in the middle of a forest and offers a wide variety of facilities. Our mainstay at the Hacienda is the food – rich and fine meals, local Galilee dishes and Asado nights- these are just a few of the experiences awaiting you at the Hacienda. .

It was such a pleasure to be in this hotel and see the high standard of hygiene especially at this time. The staff are exceptional nothing is too much trouble for them they are helpful the whole time. The grounds are beautiful, lots of shady places to relax in, the pool is well run. Although we didn't play minigolf or the large chess set we did see them. I used the spa and had a wonderful massage. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Definitely a place to revisit

Very nice stay, welcoming staff and well maintained facility. Visited for a night with kids, a moment before school begins and they and we are happy with the stay. Rooms are not new, but in general all was working, pool is nice (although due to restrictions they do not operate SPA area now). Lobby Bar can supply all needed for dinner and the breakfast was just great.

Great location and climate, very nice surroundings (the hotel is literally inside a forest) - all were not sufficient to cover for a terrible experience. To start with, they made a mistake with our reservation and instead of giving us 2 adjacent rooms (as a family of 6 cannot fit a single room), they gave us 2 'close' rooms. Then they moved us to a floor with no elevator with older rooms, with cranky doors (can't be closed unless locked) and crumbling curtains (woke up from the light every morning). They just neglected to mention that the room next door is being renovated. All day long. Even during the baby's nap time (2-4 pm). When we complained, they promised that they will finish soon, which they didn't. When they stopped, we were offered a different room, but they didn't say the work will continue the next day. We declined the offer (only 2 nights out of 6 left) just to find out that the work did continue the next day. And the fridges in the room froze all of our food. Twice, as they "fixed" and then "fixed" again, saying they have no replacement. Finally, after failing to really fix it, they replaced it (we brought cooked food from home for our son who is on a special diet). Breakfast was below expectations, and it was exactly the same menu every day. If we didn't want to disappoint the kids we would've cut it short for sure.

The room we received was next to another room in renovation and noise began as soon as we got the room. We asked for a different room and the hotel manager asured us the renovations will stop for the next two nights. We agreed to stay in the same room and the next day at 8 am the renovation began again with gusto. Banging, hamering, the whole shabang. It took them more than 4 hours to give us a different room and the hotel manager gaslighted us saying he only promised to stop the renovation for the day we arrived. Seriously dude? Would have left right then unles promised otherwise. Very hurt by this service this is no way to treat a guest.

It's not just a hotel, it's a hotel surrounded by a lot of green places, it's a combination of comfort and nature; we've spent the days in the pool and the evenings outside in the garden, there were no mosquitos and no bugs, congratulations for that. The staff is polite and speaks a variety of languages , they are a team of professionals who made us feel most welcomed. We're planning on getting back there soon, this is our new favorite place in Israel.
