Booked a suite, only possibility available on Booking. About 100 eur. Not to bad but nothing special, recently renewed, abour 1 cm light from the door which does not close well. Weekend menu wirh little choice, nobody informed us that there was also a standard menu Available, with more choice, probably nobody willing to do the extra work. Receptionist quite unfriendly, no Information available, for the wellness wait till 2 o clock. Queue to reserve, again not much information. We opt for the outside wellness/thermal park. Bad choice. Girl who should attend absolutely unpolite, rude, annoyed that we interrupted her games on mobile, no sauna towel or slippers available, everything seems to be falling down, awfuk Finnish sauna, dirty. Wooden barrels for the hydromassage, not giving a sensation of hygiene and cleanliness

We stayed on a wellness weekend package which covered room, dinner, breakfast and two hours in the wellness centre. Note swimming costumes are not allowed but sheets and towels are provided. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful (with one exception). I had a fantastic Thai massage. The wellness centre included external wooden jacuzzis. It was lovely sitting there almost among the surrounding forest. It was well equipped with steam room, Finnish sauna and infrared sauna. We did have problems with one receptionist who insisted that we could not book for the wellness centre at reception but had to wait until the wellness centre opened at two o'clock. When we could not find any one at the wellness centre even though it was open she finally did all the bookings at reception.

Very nice wooden vilas with apartmens, lots of things to do (hall football, finnish baths, wellness, swimming pool). Avoid of the prepaid dinner menu and pick something ala carte - from menu the food is great, but buffet dinner was the worst thing I have ever experienced during my stays on different places. Local beer is also very tasty! Prices are quite high, but the whole resort is new nice and clean. Wifi password is: hotel.

This place is just beautiful. You can choose from different kinds of accomodation: hotel, vila or cottage. We staide in the cottage for 5 which was located right next to the forest. Staff is very friendly, wellness has a wide range of saunas, outdoor whirpool, outdoor pool.

We stayed for one week in this hotel during the summer brake. We traveled as a family of four, 2 adults and 2 kids (age of 6 and 1,5). The stay was booked with a special summer price. We had a nice double bed room LUX (extra bed possible and a basic kitchen). The room was specious and nicely furnished, the bathroom with shower was modern. The hotel is supposed to be a four star hotel which really is not. I would say three star would be more appropriate. The hotel looks luxurios from the outside and inside offerimg swimming pool, tennis courts, spa etc. But the service and the stuff! with typical Czech attitude, nobody is our customer, bring money and go home. The swimming pool - nice and big enough but broken tiles on the ground while entering the water wating for you to hurt your legs, its pool handle very loose, water termomether broken, enough chairs but few umbrellas, only one trash and always full. But the water was clean. The restaurant was nice, the food a better avarage. No children menu offered, though. For four star hotel the breakfast was simple, eggs, ham, cheese only one type, max. 3 types of fruit, cornflakes, yougurt, some pastry. What I don't really like is finding a piece of bread under the same table in the morning and then, in the evening......and the flies lying dead on the windows. The restaurant stuff mostly unpleasant with some exceptions. Be prepared to wait for your meals more than half an hour no matter how many people are there. The room service is "outstanding".... only the bins emptied, no bed tidying, bathroom not cleaned, floors not swept. Neverthless, if you take this hotel as a regular accomodation, you will enjoy your stay in this beautiful area. Good we had a discount, to pay a full price would be nonsense.
