Puanı yüksek diye aldandım. Hotels.com dan kahvaltı dahil satın aldım. Mailimide, kahvaltı görünüyor. Otele vardığımızda, kahvaltı için ekstra ücret talep edildi. Hotels e yazdım sonucu bekliyorum. Oda, yastık ve yatak sigara kokuyordu. Gürültü vardı. Çocuk için kanepe vardı ama çarşaf yoktu. Anlayacağınız bir saat bile uyuyamadan berbat bir gece geçirdik.

Otelde iki gün geçirdik.geldiğimiz akşam iki tane havlu olduğunu görünce saç havlusu istedik ilkinde oralı olmadılar ikincisinde bir tane büyük vücut havlusu getirdiler.zaten bir adet şampuan bir adet duş jeli ve saç kremi vardı ikinci yoktu.akşam yatınca üst kattaki duş alan kişinin su sesi o kadar yoğundu ki uyuyamadık.tuvaletın lambası bozuktu.odada mutfak yapmışlar ama ne bi kettle ne bir bardak hiç bir şey yoktu.buzdolabına iki adet yarım litre su koymuşlar sadece.ertesi gün oda temizliği yapılmadı.dolaba yeni su getirilmedi.otel gerek dizaynı olsun gerek temizligi olsun çok vasattı.altın rengi dolap kulbu ile gösteris saglanir sanılmış ama çok basit duruyor.kahvaltı ise kaç günlük börek vardı.peynir bozuktu.domates salatalık bile taze değildi.hiç bir şeyden memnun kalmadık.butik otel adı ama butik otel tabiriyle uzaktan yakından alakası yok.otelin duvarları sanki kağıttan o kadar ses geçiriyor ki.müşteri memnuniyeti için hiç bir çaba göremedik.…

Temizlik açısından iyi, internet stesinde müsait gözüküyordu. Akşam geç gittiğimizde oda kalmadığını yorgunlugumuz nedeni ile zeminde tam olmayan bir oda kaldık Bir sürü eksiklik vardı 😔😢. Kahvaltı eksikti. Neyse ertesi gün normal oda verdiler. Oda temiz ferah ama da saç kurutma yoktu. Sanki apart olarak dizayn edilmiş.

Eğitim amacıyla konakladığımız işletmede, covid sürecin de temizlik konusunda hassas davrandıkları, Otel müdürünün güler yüzlü, isteklerimizde olumlu yaklaşmışımları bizi tercihimizde daha da mutlu etti. Lokasyon olarak otogara yakın olması da harika. Ispartaya yolunuz düşerse mutlaka konaklamanızı burada yapınız. Temiz, ferah, geniş odalar,güleryüzlü çalışanlar... bir gece ailemle birlikte konakladık, çok memnun kaldık. Sabah kahvaltısı taze ve yeterliydi. Kahvaltı tabağı şeklinde sunuluyor. Mutfak bölümü temizdi. Küçük ,huzurlu bir bahçesi vardı. Fiyatı ise kaliteye göre çok çok uygundu.

1 gece konakladık. Otelin yeri merkeze yakın Odalar geniş ve tertemizdi. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi de oldukça kibardı. Fakat bizim kaldığımız odada klima yoktu. Yaz sıcaklarında oldukça bunaltıcı oluyor. Vantilatör vardı.
