Hello, I feel I need to write a review on this hotel as we found this place to be very convenient to Disneyland Paris , clean and just what we needed. Up until now, I have only ever stayed in one of the Disney hotels when going to the park, but now , Id certainly consider elsewhere, no point spending a fortune on a hotel that you quite frankly mostly use it for a wash and sleep. We stayed in this hotel in mid July 2020 when most hotels were closed and Disney was re opening its doors after the first covid lockdown. We made the most of the quiet times, no queues situation..We stayed four nights, either walked to Disney or took the bus. Bus was something like a 5 min walk away and took very little time to get to the park. Ok, no traffic what so ever in those days and hardly any people..The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious ( we got the family suite ( room, living room/ kitchen..went to the shopping centre and got some snacks and breakfast items..It was absolutely perfect for what we needed at the time, so thank you for having us..I will stay there again. I suppose its about 15 min walk to Newport Bay, where we have stayed a few times, fraction of the price..not same quality, but as I say, just need a wash and bed when going to the parks all day

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time was only one night but this was for 7 nights. I was interested to see the changes since Covid. On entering the hotel there is markings on the floor and hand gel. There are markings on the floor at the reception desk to ensure social distancing. I was greeted by a friendly lady receptionist who explained all the local amenities and times of shuttle buses to Disney. The lifts only allow 2 people at a time and again there are clear markings on the floor. The apartment is spacious and cleaned to a very high standard. There are a few scuffs on the walls but this is to be expected on a popular hotel with a high volume of guests and it is only cosmetic and doesn not detract from your stay. There is a hob, microwave, dishwater, kettle , coffee maker and all the dishes and utensils that are required. I slept very well and considering the size of the hotel, it is very quiet even near the road. I stupidly left my key card in my room and had to go back down to reception for a replacement and this was dealt with by the male receptionist who was very kind and issued me with the card telling me not to worry when I was apologizing profusely at my mistake. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope to stay again soon. They are dealing with these unprecedented time to a very high standard. Well done to all the staff.

We checked in for 3 nights but could only manage to stay 10 hours - It states on the website that this is a Disney friendly neighbour ? Not sure if this is endorsed by Disney ???? It is dull dingy smelly and in need of a full refurb. The handle on our room door was hanging on by a thread, the work top & floor in kitchen area was very water damaged & rotted but by far the worst thing for me was the smell 🤮 We stayed ( well not really) in room 249 which was on 2nd floor and and to get to it we had to go in the lift then along 3 long corridors & each corridor had its own weird smell - very highly perfumed, almost like trying to mask something else ...? Room 249 smells very much like pepper? Including the towels , The carpets in the corridor & in room 249 had more stains than pattern ! Oh and there is NO AC in here either ! We had paid for breakfast, parking and 3 nights and when we checked out early they didn’t question us why we were leaving - I asked for a refund for the parking which was given but no mention of a refund for the nights unused . We were lucky enough to be able to get something else for the rest of our stay , but please don’t waste your money on this if could give this review a minus rating then it would minus 10 - it’s not what it claims to be

I was extremely impressed with the Adagio. The suite was spacious, clean, and well equipped with fridge/dishes/ dishwasher/toiletries etc. The location is excellent, a large shopping centre with lots of restaurants is only a minute or two away on foot, and the hotel provides a free shuttle to Disneyland Paris. Unfortunately due to the current pandemic the shuttle was limited to only 9.05 A.M and 9.45 A.M And 7.45 and 8.45 P.M. This was a little inconvenient and it would have been better if the shuttle ran later in the evenings but other than that I don't have any complaints about the Adagio. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and contacted taxis for us on several occasions. There is a pool but we didn't get around to using it, as we visited in the middle of a heatwave and it was very busy. All in all we were very happy with our experience here and would definitely recommend for those visiting Disneyland Paris, it was so much cheaper than staying in one of the Disney hotels and was much more spacious and comfortable.

Booked this hotel for a stay in June 2021. The booking was fully flexible, and payment was to be taken upon check-in. Shortly after making the booking, they deducted the full amount and have ignored my requests asking for it to be refunded. They are possibly encountering financial difficulties due to Covid-19, and see this as a way to help with cashflow, but operating like this is criminal.
