We had an early morning flight and this was the perfect place to stay the night. We took a city bus to get there and after about 40 minutes, we were dropped off a block away. The owner, Zoe, recommended a pub to walk to, it was a long, but pleasant walk to the Starr Inn. We had an excellent meal. The owner's husband invited us to watch a world cup game with him and it included a "drop" of whiskey! We were treated like family. The room is small for two with a shared bathroom, but for one night, it is fine. Zoe got up very early (4:45 am), had breakfast ready, and gave us a ride to the airport for 3 GBP.
A one night stop over before a flight back to London So convenient as only a short distance from the airport Superbly clean accommodation in a home environment Excellent choices at breakfast and, where else does the owner drive you to the airport Thank you Zoe Regards KEN
Nice family run b&b twin room with view of hills also very close to moray bay! Garden delightful watching birds and at night really pretty with lights and sound of running water! Breakfast the works full cooked breakfast, fruit juice coffee or tea. Really great for Inverness airport only 15 minutes drive
Check in was nice and easy Internet worked fine Breakfast was great Room was ok but small shared bathroom and toilets was no problem Close to airport, Fort George and Inverness, shopping centers Easy to find
We stayed here for 2 nights with friends. Prior to our visit we had to cancel the 3rd night and Zoe was very helpful with the booking.Com problem. Check in is quite late, 5.30 to 10.30 but if earlier is required I'd suggest checking with them before dismissing this as an option. Both rooms are lovely. The double room is next to the bathroom and if you're not a heavy sleeper you may be awoken by the shower being used. The bathroom is a family one and in use by everyone, although the family are careful not to 'hog' it we did find that with our friends using it at the same time as us caused a queue so be prepared to cross your legs or be fast off the mark. Both rooms have TV in, but the twin room appears to be the only one to have a freeview box which has a TV guide on, the double room TV is more channel hopping to find something to watch and no guide. This is a great b&b for an overnight stay, however we felt that our second evening dragged a little as the only shared space is the conservatory where breakfast is served and we all just retired to our respective rooms. Breakfast is very good, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt and a cooked breakfast ... You'll certainly be set up for the day!…
