This is the 3rd time I have stayed here for business conventions. This time I was coming off leg surgery and freshly out of a cast. I didn't ask for a handicapped room, but started thinking after a false fire alarm at 2 a.m., where are the handicapped rooms located? I was told the first floor, but there is no...

We stayed over Easter weekend, not knowing there was a volleyball tournament at the convention center, but that didn't bother us, except for a few times. The atrium and lobby are gorgeous. The room was very clean and we liked the bathroom. My only complaint about the room was that I was expecting a small refrigerator. Maybe the upgraded rooms...

Dear loey6, Thank you for sharing your feedback from your stay. We appreciate your kind words about the aesthetics of our facility, and the cleanliness of our rooms. It means a lot to hear that we are doing a great job but; we can always do better. Observations surrounding our coffee shop and the long lines have been documented, and...

The hotel is grand, opulent, and in a good location on the water. However, the same thing that makes it spectacular--its size--becomes a nuisance during the stay. The situation in front of the hotel with valet parking is chaotic, despite their best efforts to control. Long waits for elevators, long lines for coffee, and long walks to get anywhere. Many...

The hotel is very nice. I stayed on the side closest to the convention center. It was probably 1/8 mile walk from the elevator to my room but that wasn't terrible. I was there during a cheerleading convention so the hallways got to be quite loud as i was trying to sleep. All in all a nice place to stay....

We were there for 3 days for a volleyball tournament. Rooms were very clean. My limited interaction with the staff was positive. Proximity to convention center can't get any closer (attached). There are several restaurants to choose from but their options for a reasonably priced breakfast and lunch are limited. We paid $10 for a pre made chicken salad sandwich...

Had a great time at this hotel, but I didn't give this resort 5 stars because of a few nuances. We were there for a volleyball tournament this weekend. The hotel website states they have over 2000 guest rooms, yet they didn't have enough elevators to handle the flow of people going up from the atrium or lobby up to...

My daughter and I stayed here in April 2015 for four days and three nights. The hotel was in excellent condition and it is very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, the common areas and lobby were very clean, and the room was excellent. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and I would not hesitate to stay...

Have stayed at the Gaylord resort several times for business. It has a lot of activities for all ages of the family. Close to DC but far enough away to feel as if in a different locale all together. Staff is pleasant and very accomodating! Beautiful inside and out...highly recommend!

We stayed here for a conference which was held in the hotel's convention center. Everything with the stay was great. The hotel has an absolutely beautiful atrium with shops, restaurants, and an amazing view of the river which you can watch sunset over. The room was spacious, clean, and updated. Our convention facilities were wonderful. The only downside is that...

We spent three nights at the Gaylord Resort. The porters and the team outside directing the traffic were super friendly and helpful which was a great start to our stay. The check-in was smooth and efficient. We had four of us in our room and the size of the rooms were great - queen size beds which helped. The WIFI...
