One of the worst stays ever. Still using COVID as a way to minimize services and deliver the customer service expected of a Hyatt Signature Property. The default response is No! Other properties in the area provided better services at lower costs.
We attended a wedding and stayed at the Hyatt in the National Harbor. The staff was great, the rooms were beautiful and the location was perfect. This was the host hotel for our family - in which they made sure we were all on the same floor. The newlyweds had a beautiful suite that overlooked the Potomac. We will definitely return for another visit.
Welcoming staff! Housekeeper Brenda was great along with the housekeeping lead/supervisor ( short blind hair). I forgot her name. Just one problem poor lighting in bathroom. It was pretty dim.Ensure carts are available for check-ins. Guest take them and don’t return to lobby. Delegate somebody to check all corridors for carts.
From Susan the sales manager to the front desk & weekend staff (sounds like Malaysia, wink) bar & Security staff, everyone was friendly, professional and fun. Parking & attractions are close & convenient.
I booked 40 rooms for my colleagues to attend a conference at the National Harbor and worked with Susan Tanada at Hyatt Place. She was meticulous and attentive to all of our ever-changing needs and requirements. The hotel was clean, friendly and convenient. Our group has nothing but positive remarks and we will be back again next year.
The staff was wonderful. The walls was thin. I could clearly hear someone urinating next door and the next morning could hear them letting their window shade up.Wifi & TV out 1st day due ti the rain and them choosing satellite, so if there is any typeof changein the weather you may not have a workingtv or wifi. Only complaints, the room as well as the hotel was very clean and smelled it. Every one I came in contact with was very nice and accommodating. Great location. The good definitely put weighed the bad and I would stay again
Hyatt Place is super clean, staff very helpful. Restaurant/Bar served excellent food at much more reasonable pricing than most other similar facilities in immediate area. Located across the street from Zen yoga studio.
I enjoy Hyatt Place properties generally for the sitting area, walk in showers and workspace. So when I had the option of staying here for a conference at the nearby mega hotel and conference center, I chose Hyatt Place, and I'm glad I did. Perfect location for the conference, but close to a lot of shops and restaurants and right on the water. Superior food in the Bar Harbor and a good happy hour. Great morning walks, free hot breakfast, and a warm and welcoming staff. An exceptional hotel stay, it really felt like home away from home. Well done!
I love Hyatt hotels and this one is no exception. This is my first time at this hotel and I will definitely come back. The Hyatt Place was modern and clean with great staff. Plus, the views of the National Harbor and Potomac river are terrific.
Probably one of the most complicated hotels that I’ve ever been in. Very nice and friendly staff, quick efficient check in and very nice room. Great views of the river. No on site restaurant but good dining options very near by.
