We found this B&B in the Bed and breakfast guide, Ireland 2016, and we must say it was a very good choice to stay in Waterford. The hostess is very kind and friendly, and she explained us what to do and visit in the city. The room was very big and clean, and we slept very well. Breakfast was very...

We had never tried B&B before, and now we know what we had been missing. Eileen was a wonderful host, with a beautiful smile. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious and wonderfully presented. Loved having a chat in the morning. I would return here in a minute!! Thanks Eileen for making us feel at home.

Meticulously-cleaned, very well-maintained, super-friendly owner! Twenty-minute walk into town (or grab a bus/cab). We loved it! Great room (back of house, away from street, overlooking a beautiful yard). Wonderful sitting room and the breakfast room had a large window that also overlooked the beautiful backyard. Stay--you won't be disappointed.

Eileen is the sweetest. She welcomed us with open arms. She made a delicious breakfast with all the traditional Irish features. Her home was beautiful and clean. We hope to return to visit her some day. Thank you.

Traveled with Carla K. This is our most favorite Bed & Breakfast in all of Ireland!! The rooms are beautiful, tidy and very clean. The sitting/tv room is cozy and comfortable. We spent our nights reading and drinking tea in this room. Eileen even started up the fireplace for us when we got cold. Make sure to go see Eileen...

I miss my Eileen the minute we drove away. Ms Landy made us feel like we were home with family. I am going to go back just to see her. She made the stay that much more enjoyable. She can adopt me anytime. Best cook this side of the irish sea. Thank you Eileen. Xoxo

We were travelling with another couple around the Irish countryside, we stayed for one night at the Belmont House and we are left with the best impressions. The location was great, the rooms were pleasant, very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was wonderful and rich, the common lounge/sitting room very pleasant and well decorated, but most of all we...

Found this delightful gem of a B&B by chance through our satnav. It wasn't advertised on agoda, airbnb or any of the websites where we usually book our stay. It has plenty of parking spaces, a small garden at the front and a large cosy living room for guests to relax in. Our room was a large flowery pink themed...

Very comfortable stay with a very pleasant hostess.Eileen looked after our every needs. Location is just a few minutes from the Waterford town centre, on a quiet road, away from through traffic. Easy access to pubs and restaurants for an evening out. Rooms are en-suite but do not have TV or radio. This is not a problem as there is...

We have stayed at this lovely bed & breakfast two years running on our holiday. It is perfectly located in Waterford and easily accessible from the ferry in Rosslaire. The rooms were immaculately clean and we were welcomed like old friends by Eileen Landy.
